Summary: Great Controller!
Review: I am very impressed with the quality of this gamepad. It is great for games that require many buttons, such as Final Fantasy VIII (A great game, by the way). I am a hard core gamer, and I have to say that this gamepad is well worth the price. Many Pc Gamepads are expensive or they do not have enough buttons. This gamepad has plenty of buttons, and it works well with all of my PC games. Buy it! You will be impressed! I plan to buy more Logitech products.

Summary: very good gamepad, even better price
Review: i like this game pad lots. it has 10 buttons, a solid grip, and great response. the D-pad is angled at an odd way because of the way the gamepad handles are designed, but i got used to it very quickly. bottom line: awesome gameplay and a versatile & excellent gamepad. the price is the bomb, too!

Summary: Good pad
Review: I was at first unsure about this joystick because the direction pad is slanted, but it works well that way because of the orientation of the grips. I've had no problems with it, and it functions well with all the games I've tried it on. The programming area of the software is kinda buggy and nonfunctional, but that's not the reason I bought it.

Summary: Stylish, reliable, and comfortable
Review: If you're looking for a budget-range gamepad, you can't do better than the Logitech WingMan pad. The shape is super-comfortable, even during marathon 11-hour gaming sessions. (I speak from experience on this one.) The buttons and D-pad are positioned very accessibly, and I've seen them fit perfectly into hands both large and small. The design is lightweight and highly ergonomic, but sturdy enough to stand up to the casual abuse that any game pad must endure.

The WingMan gamepad does not come with any super-fancy bells or whistles- notably, no force-feedback- but if you're looking for a solid midrange game pad, you simply can't do better. I own two of these for gaming on my own PC, and I'm very happy with them.

Summary: Good response but POOR control.
Review: It holds up well, its seems durable and it has well working buttons. But it has a terrible problem with the directional buttons: It's tilted a little bit trying to go for an ergonomic design but it fails terribly and causes you to go down when you are trying to go left. Thats really the only problem, but it is a major handicap and is aggravatin. This makes it almost useless, I find the keyboard gives me better control.

Summary: Comfortable Grip, Excellent Response
Review: The review of the Wingman I'd read mentioned a slight delay in response for this gamepad, but having come from using a Gravis GamePad Pro, I can recommend this one for it's terrific, natural grip and what I thought was a vastly improved response time. There are more than enough buttons for most games, and even though I don't get the added pivot-view system of the Wingman Extreme, games like Rogue Squadron and Urban Chaos are still incredible. The controls are excellent for drving games too, when you use one trigger for acceleration and the other for brakes. Four stars here because the Extreme seems like it might be better for hard-core games, but this one is fine for me. (P.S. This is the exact same gamepad as the Logitech 963166-0403. I think the older model number Amazon listed is a typo.)

Summary: Excellent Game Pad.
Review: This controller is an excellent controller for the avid game player. Its multi-directional button is the best I have ever worked with. For the price this controller costs compared to the usability of it, it should receive 10 stars.

Summary: Good Gameplay,Bad D-Pad
Review: This controller is great for racing, air combat and sports. Its worst feature is the slanted d-pad which takes some getting-used to. But overall,I gave it 4 stars because of the almost-flawless performance.
