Summary: These speakers are awsome
Review: I bought my speakers refurbished, even though they're refurbished I can not complain. I love the way the bass sounds. The highs are clear and there is no distortion. I recommend these speakers to anyone who wants to buy them. I tried the altec lansing 200watt speakers and truly they can't compete with the Logitech z-560's.

Review: These speakers do it all crazzzzzzzzzzyyyyy bass and awesome crisp and clear sound at all high levels no distortion watsoever. Logitech gets 10 outa 5 stars for these speakers, Delivers pure surround sound with M3D feature. if logitech made these for car systems i would not hesitate a bit to buy it. OH and the price is so cheap now since they are couple of year old i got mine for 90 canadian dollar from futurshop with free shipping :) AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME go get ures today.........

Summary: Worth every penny. Use it right, it will work great.
Review: I bought mine refurbished(...). I figure mine is probably one of the unit some dim bulb blew out, and Logitech fixed it.

I have the volume turned up 60% on my PC. I turn off any effects since I want my sound natural. I turn the bass all the way down and use the 4.1 from my sound.

The sound gets extremely loud at only 30% on the knob, that's with only 60% on the OS volume. I figure, some people have it on full on their PC and when they turn it up on the speaker, it blows it out.

The back of my unit doesn't really get that hot.

I have the grilles removed since they do color the sound a bit. The sub is under my desk in a corner so despite the bass knob all the way down, it still shakes the wall.


So far I have NO complaints about this. The highs aren't as smooth as the Pro-Medias, but these kick the pro medias (...)in the mid range-bass department. After they've been broken in, it becomes nearly indishtinguisable from the highs of the Pro-Media. These are barely breaking a sweat where the Klipschs start to crackle.


Follow the volume settings and these things will last you forever. I've had mine for almost a year now and it continues to sound better every day.

It's so powerful that I don't think I'll ever get to fully use it (That's like owning a Formula 1 car and driving it around city streets) or my Wife will kill me.

Review: Great speaker setup. It's wonderful. I love them, and hate to listen to music on anything but them.
With that little bit out of the way, let's try a better, more balanced review. I've read some of the other reviews, and they make good points. The key to getting good results out of this product is attention to details. Make sure that you go through and set up everything properly. Make sure the sound options are setup correctly on your computer. Try to fine tune the fade to that sweet spot level. Fiddle with the bass until it's perfect. This may sound like a lot, and it can be, but it isn't too much for an experienced user. If doing more than just plugging the system into computer sounds like too much, then pass this product up. However, if you aren't afraid to get dirty or enjoy tweaking sound levels until they're perfect, then these are wonderful speakers, especially since the price has dropped a ton due to the release of the Z-680.
But, the bass goes BOOM! And the sound is great. They help immerse you into games, let you hear things on all sides. And, the M3D feature works as advertised. I've plugges them into my MP3 player, and they still sounded great, with sound out of all four speakers. They go BOOM, and they go BOOM well.

Review: This is by far the best investment that i have made on my computer system. The speakers are AMAZING. I am a audiophile big time so I know when I here quality. The satalites are very very clean and SO LOUD. I just got them today and i already have a headache. A MUST BUY!!!!!!!!!!
