Summary: Awesome speakers for music and games....
Review: I bought MicroWorks about 3 years ago (when they cost a lot more then $150!). I went out looking for decent computer speakers to replace the tinny HKs that came with my computer. The salesperson in the Cambridge CSW store played these for me and I was stunned by the sound. I shopped around but everything I listened to after that I compared to the MicroWorks and none could even come close. I use the speakers on my PC because that's where I listen to most of my tunes. From downloaded songs to CDs to games...heck, even for listening to the "You've Got Mail" announcement, these things are the best.

Summary: Amplified Sound!
Review: The CSW Microworks computer system gives off exceptional sound from my PC. Now I can listen to my favorite music all day while working. I just purchased another system for my home desktop. The bass on these is fabulous for such a small subwoofer. As an avid music lover, I am very impressed with this speaker system.

Summary: Great Sound bad hardware
Review: This system is perfect for filling a large office with sound. It sounds as good as my home stereo system, but it can't be cranked quite as much.

I have had these for 3 years now, and the speaker input clamps on the sub are made of plastic, and 2 of 4 have snapped off. Take care when connecting not to let those brittle suckers pop. Pain to fix, so now I just have it rigged to stay connected.

They still sound great!!!
