Summary: Shoddy Quality
Review: I was ecstatic when I first bought my speakers. They were functional, attractive, and the sound was excellent. Two months later my left speaker stopped working. Turns out the speaker itself wasn't broken, the audio output for the left speaker was. I surfed online and found a plethora of other people with the same problem. I'd be careful buying these speakers, they tend to have a chronic audio output problem.

Summary: Great Sound
Review: I'm not as technical as some of these other reviews, all I know is that I just purchased these speakers after a Rebate which makes it a [good price] and I hooked it up for my daughter who is into music and I tell you I was blown away by the power that this speaker system generated. It is almost as good as my Altec Lansings that I have that cost much more. So for the price, you can't go wrong with these. It is well worth the investment if you want some decent powerful sound.

Summary: Incredible Sound Incredible Price
Review: Just received them from Amazon. Normally, I like to hear speakers before buying, but I figured for this price it was worth the risk. Not disappointed. Good tone separation on the tweeter, midrange and subwoofer. I can't believe the price. One comment said that they broke down easily -- can't comment on that since I just received them. But construction looks pretty solid. Just make sure you have a decent sound-card on your PC, and you'll be very satisfied with these speakers. Good luck!

Summary: Great low-cost speaker system, can work with digital piano
Review: My digital piano Yamaha P-80 do not come with speaker. I usually use Sony MDR-V700 DJ earphone. Keyboard amplifier is comparably expensive and I doubt its stereo effect. When I saw this speaker system come out with a rebate (so that the cost is really low), I ordered one instantly. The worst case, I thought, is that it becomes an adds-on to my laptop.The actual acoustic result for my digital piano is really amazing, after I adjusted the bass level. Far better than I thought. The only problem is I put the subwoofer at the right side, as shown in manual. So my feeling is the left hand key (low key) sounds a little bit at the right hand side. But I compensated by move the subwoofer to the left side, and rotate 90 degree so that subwoofer speaker face to me and the bass reflect port point to right hand side. I am not sure it is because of different phase on two ears as generally "satellite system" have high cross-over frequency than conventional system (I never seriously listen "satellite system" before) or it is just because I put in a really small room so the sound pressure on two ear is different (Anyway I don't wanna the subwoofer is right on my pedal!) IMHO, the acoustic effect of this speaker is pretty good in that price range. One reason might be the two satellite speaker is bigger, 2-way, and with much solid plastic. My opinion, this speaker system is also far better than most in-board speaker of digital piano (e.g. Yamaha P-60). Two reason: 1. Tweeter face to your ear-line, that is very important for high freq effect. 2. Subwoofer deliver much solid bass. Cons? Stereo effect for low-freq is the thing I am not sure ... Anyway, for that price, it is really a good deal.

Review: The table top access(Volume/Headphone/Input)cord provided with the speaker set, great sound and super price make this set an easy decision. If you have an I-Pod & want to connect it to speakers for the office, look no further.

Review: these are some great speakers for the price. i don't even use them on a computer, i hooked up my portable cd player to them for an ultra compact,mobile stereo system. sure, if your making music you don't want $50 speakers and if you are a technophile you're never happy with anything anyway. but if you are willing to spend this $ it will be well worth it.

Summary: These speakers BLEW ME AWAY
Review: These speakers are absolutely amazing. I have used other speakers in the past, and these are by far the best. Infinity speakers with no sub are not comparable to theses. These have very high quality sound, and at a very reasonable price. If you can't decide between this set and another without a sub, GET THESE. IT'S WORTH IT!!! I've only been using them for a couple days, but oh, my gosh, I'm going to keep them forever. This is the best price anywhere,... I plugged these into my laptop, and found notes in even the system sounds that i never knew were there. The splash sound for musicmatch jukebox has amazing depth. If you thought that the subwoofer would just add to the sound, you're wrong, it's half the expierence. The control is so amazing, it's right there where you want it with a suprisingly long cord, so you can put it where ever on your desk you want it. I'm listening to them right now, and it sounds like evanescence is right there on my desk. Hands down the best.

Review: these speakers are space-saving, easy to install, FUNCTIONAL as heck and I'm LOVING the sound. great deal with the mail in rebate and free shipping. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. taking off the cloth covers to the tweeters makes em look super sexy too!

Review: This is a great set of speakers if you're looking for a cheap and powerful 2.1 system. The powerful subwoofer is the highlight of this package as it's pretty loud even on a seemingly low setting. The satellites sound good as well, even on standard AC97 sound. It sounds even better on the Audigy LS sound card I have just put in. The satellites have a separate tweeter and mid-range driver that allows for greater range. The audio control pod (wired remote) is also a big plus as you can place it anywhere on your desk where it's convenient. It comes in handy whenever you want to adjust the volume or bass level. It also comes with a headphone port on the pod as well...beats sticking your head in the back of your computer to hook up headphones. You won't regret getting this package, especially at this price.
