Summary: 4 times better than SRS-A27 for 1/4 price!!!
Review: actually, this speaker is same as SRS-A21 (old version, with paper dome)
though it's not as good as SRS-Z500(!!!), this is excellent for the price
SRS-A27, on the other hand, NEVER BUY IT, PERIOD, the sound is just better than noise!!! NO BASS AT ALL!!!
if you planning to buy SRS-A27, you should check this first

Review: I found that the design was wonderful. I didn't even need batteries, because it ran music without them (though the batteries would be useful if I wanted amplified music).

Review: The small "footprint" design is very nice because my office desk is so small, and although the speakers are small, they gave relatively good sound. I gave it only 4 stars because the volume customizability was not to my liking.Overall, great value!

Review: The speaker looks okay, but the volume is so low and un-ajustable!!! Plus, You need to buy an extra AC adpater (or batteries). Considering how much shipping fee you pay, a $ some speaker from a local store is much better than this. Like another victim, I am gona keep it as a toy for my son.

Review: These computer speakers are ok they were cheap, you get what you pay for.The Sony name is what caught my eye and I thought they would sit well for my computer but they are a bit ackward.

Review: These small speakers have low volume and absolutely no bass. Music sounds tinny and squeaky. Can't hear voices in movies. But they are so inexpensive, they're not worth returning; maybe my son will enjoy taking them apart.
