Review: I am a cheap... So I looked for the [least expensive], but still decent, speakers. These were them. They are great. They can easily fill a room with good sound and base. If you want good speakers for [less money] these are them.

Summary: How good can they be for [price]?
Review: Very, very good. I bought these to use with my iBook on business trips where I must spend several weeks living out of a hotel room. They have an excellent frequency range, and the sub-woofer is nicely balanced. There is more than enough volume to fill a large room without a hint of distortion. They are also nicely designed and assembled. Tone controls would be nice of course, and I'm sure they would fall short of larger, more expensive systems at high volume, but I rate these 5 stars in the "Bang for the Buck" value scale.

Summary: Best for the price
Review: I love these speakers. I bought a pair a year ago, and my cat ate the wires, which I spliced a few times before finally buying a different pair from the store (wanted them right away, what can I say). I ended up replacing THOSE with another set of CA-3000s. The sound from these are very crisp and clean. I love them. Perfect for my PC.

Summary: Great value, but the left speaker stopped working
Review: This speaker set is probably one of the best-sounding sets you can find for the price, and it served me well... for a year. The left speaker just stopped working one day, with no sign of any damage anywhere on the speakers.
Aside from that, the sound quality is good, though they don't go very loud and the woofer can be boomy at times (and there is no way to adjust it).

Summary: Already disappointed...
Review: I just opened the box of these speakers and low and behold, there is absolutely NO information about them inside the box. No owner's manual, warranty information, INSTRUCTIONS, etc. Needless to say, I am disappointed. I am not an idiot, but I do welcome a little guidance when it comes to electronic equipment. I don't know if I should just send them back without even trying them. I would have paid more for a system that had some helpful information included in the package!

Summary: Be careful unwrapping this item
Review: The speakers come wrapped in bubble wrap and lots and lots of plastic around the wires. I made the mistake of using scissors when I first installed it and managed to cut the wire to the woofer. Amazon sent me a replacement the next day. I used a professional electrician to unwrap and install the second set.
You may have to utilize Add/Remove Hardware in Windows ME. Also the sound controller in the Systray may have to be adjusted for balance and make the best of surround sound.
The eventual sound quality is excellent. I should reconsider using my boombox.

Summary: Great Product for iPod or MP3 Players
Review: I've never written a review, but I just had to write one about these speakers!! I listen to music while working at my computer and really wanted a better sounding pair of speakers, but I didn't want to spend alot. Well, I did my research and the reviews on this set convinced me I had to get them. I hooked them up myself in about 3 minutes flat and let me tell you the sound is unbelievable!!! You won't be dissappointed with these and you don't have to spend a fortune for a great sound!!!

Summary: Clean sound, but highs are overdone
Review: On the outset, i should say Cyber Acoustics CA-3000 2.1 speaker system is worth every cent i payed for it. The package has two small speakers which are similar to any normal computer speakers but of small size and power wattage. But, the sub-woofer is what makes this pack a worthy buy. Though the package came a bit chipped (sub-woofer box is made of cheap wood) and the speaker was un-protected, the sound quality was good. You can't expect 'BOSE' surround-sound from these tiny ones. But, definitely i enjoy my music better than when i used to listen with my 'in-built' laptop speakers (Dell Inspiron 8100).
