Summary: Suprising Sound
Review: I was skeptical. I didn't think there would be much from such an inexpensive set of speakers, but I was suprised. If you are a serious audiophile, these are not the speakers for you. If you want good sound without spending alot, these are the speakers for you.

Summary: Inexpensive, true, but hi-fi ears, beware
Review: I bought these little speakers based on the positive reviews and the low price. These speakers don't sound bad, but they're certainly not what they've been written up to be. The bass is punchy and unnatural, and the high end is very harsh. If you're looking for something (inexpensive) and your ears aren't picky, then go for it. But don't expect them to be much better than the speakers that come with your computer. Actually I prefer the (inexpensive) JBL's that came with my Compaq, which are much smoother.

Summary: One of the Best and for that price ....
Review: I went into Circuit City looking for a set of new speakers for my first self-built system. There were a few brand names on display and for testing. Among the few were Logitech, Altec Lansing, Poll Audio, Philips, Creative and Cyber Acoustics. I tested all of them and surprisingly this set of tiny speakers right at the end caught my attention. The sound was extremely crisp and clear. I looked at the price and I could no believe it. Definitely comparable to brand name speakers.

Summary: i have 2, hate them both
Review: i have 2, one on my dad's computer and one on mine, pick up radio singles so i have to put up with them along with my music and it is not effected by my volume knob. and when you turn it up all the way the sound gets distorted and you can hear speaker even when nothing is on with that "im not supposed to be making any sound but i am" thing.

Summary: Dynamite comes in small packages
Review: I was kinda upset when they arrived in the mail, because of the size. When I got them hooked up and turned them on man I was impressed. These speakers are a great deal.

Summary: Great little speakers!
Review: I don't normally write reviews, but I have to say that these speakers are probably the best sound for the price. I bought them as a temporary replacement while my *considerably* more expensive Boston Acoustics speakers were getting fixed, and I was shocked and impressed because the sound was almost on par with the speakers I had before. The speakers perform very well, producing good highs, lows, and a surprisingly good midrange--hard to find in speakers this size. I didn't even have to turn the volume past the halfway mark to get some pretty loud sound out of it. I almost felt guilty for getting that sort of performance out of speakers that cheap. In the end, I switched back to the Boston Acoustics because of its 4.1 surround sound, but for normal use, I didn't feel like I was missing anything by using these smaller speakers. I'm not sure about other Cyber Acoustics products, but these small, inexpensive speakers are definitely worth the money.

Summary: small price, BIG SOUND...
Review: After reading the reviews on these speakers, I thought I would give them a try. For the price, I did not think I had too much to lose. My computer is in a small room and while the speakers I had sounded pretty good, there was room for improvement. These were just that. If you want to listen to your mp3's at a very high volume, spend more. But if your looking for speakers that sound great at sane volume levels and don't want to spend a fortune, BUY These! Also my desk is small and these speakers have a very small footprint.

Summary: A Little Marvel
Review: All too often I was unable to play music with any clarity at night without a headset. Music is my sleeping pill - so I either keep the downstairs neighbors awake or strangle myself. Neither one was an option. I saw the system as I was browsing Amazon, and the price was more than right. I received it at home, hooked it up, and maveled at the clear as a bell sound and full range of sounds it produced. Fit into my headboard, plugs into any audio device. Best of all my neighbors are happy and I no longer have to worry about being strangled.

Summary: Great for the price...
Review: I just wanted some basic speakers to replace the dinky single speaker on my iBook, so I got these since they were so cheap. All in all I was extremely impressed with their output. I filled a giant living room with vaulted ceilings with bootie-shaking bass when they were on full blast, but there was a noticeable hint of distortion. On a more moderate volume setting, however, they did very well, with nice quality for techno beats and the soft notes in classical music. My main complaint against them is their portability: the sub-woofer is too large to be taken with you and an external power supply isn't too convenient. Still, for their price, I'd definitely recommend them.

Summary: Excellent stuff
Review: These are the best you can get for this price. I am using them for the past 8 months.
