Rating: Summary: Found the solution to the printing problem Review: Apparently the default printing style is "a4". The is European sized paper. Look at the top of the cdlabelmaker program and choose "letter" instead. Also be sure to use the templates in the "us" folder and not the "a4" folder. Also, the "friend" that downloaded the supposed patch may have in fact downloaded a trojan horse virus instead of a patch for the program. The only place I found a "patch" turned out to be a virus. Hope this helps if anyone else is looking. pat.

Rating: Summary: Not a good product Review: I bought this product a week ago, and returned it today. Bad enough that the software was very difficult to figure out (and I have used Photoshop and others), but it just wouldn't print anything on my Epson printer. I thought I must be doing something wrong, but contacted Memorex: their answer was that they knew of the problem, had already talked to Epson, and suggested that I link to Epson UK and download a new printer driver! As if ! Solution: returned the kit and bought Fellowes Neato CD Labeller kit. It works!

Rating: Summary: This product is easy to use! Review: I have owned this product for quite some time and have created hundreds of CD labels with this product with no issues. I can see where the software can be a little confusing, but I chose to use the Avery Label maker program to make my labels. I only use this item for getting the labels straight and centered on my CD's. For me, as I am very un-coordinated, only using this for actually putting the labels on the disc's is a god-send. Everyone is obviously entitled to their opinion, and everyone uses things a little differently. However, if you are like me and seem to have a great problem getting the CD labels on the disc's and getting them to look right, then this product is for you.

Rating: Summary: I have had it for over a year Review: I think it is great and very easy to use. The only problem Ihave had is the labels start to peel off when I play them in my car cdplayer. They work great in my home player and my computer but they don't take heat very well.
Rating: Summary: I love it Review: I'll admit the program was a little hard to figure out at first, but through some trial and error and a little experimentation, I found it to be fun and easy. I've made about 20 labels so far, and am getting better at it with each one I make. The labels look very professional, and the applicator centers the labels perfectly (it would be next to impossible to put labels on correctly without an applicator). Well worth the money...my CD's look great, and I'm having a lot of fun using it!

Rating: Summary: Great, wish Amazon sold the refills too... Review: I've been using this product for well over a year and I love it. I am sort of a designer so I use Freehand to do the layout, and the template is just fine. Don't know why everyone is complaining about it, it works great, and since it loads both ways you don't have to worry about screwing it up. The labels that come in the box are folded which sucks but the refills aren't, so they work just like paper. Love it, use it for nearly every CD I make.
