Summary: At least as good as the non-recycled stuff
Review: I bought some of this a couple of weeks ago -- it was less expensive than other similar paper, and that recycled content (even though it's only 35%) makes me feel a little better.

When I brought the paper home, I compared it side-by-side with some sheets of another major copy paper manufacturer. The Office Depot stuff was just as bright as (maybe even brighter than) the other "name-brand" stuff. (both were 84 brightness, 20 pound weight). Save some money, save some trees, get paper that works just as well as the non-recycled stuff.
