Review: Since my last purchase it seems like Amazon has started REQUIRING a 'Credit Card Number' PRIOR to ordering EVEN with a GIFT CERTIFICATE CREDIT, more than enough to pay for it!! Figure! Don't give a Certificate to a 'minor' and/or someone who wants privacy!
