Summary: Still waiting
Review: Ordered this print head Feb 12, 2002. My order has been delayed till May 8. Maybe I might receive it by then, but I won't bet any money on it. Warranty says one year, don't believe it. Usually shipped in one to two weeks, don't believe it. Shows picture of coming with ink cartridge's, don't believe it - comes empty. Xerox M940 makes a good paper weight while you're waiting for the print heads (which have to be replaced every 6-8 months) to arrive.
