Summary: It did not work on my Stylus Color 600
Review: Despite its low price and its claim of 100% compatibility, it did not function at all on my Stylus Color 600. All it printed were some stains. I tried to call their 800 helpline but simply was asked to leave a message. I would not recommend this item to anyone.

Summary: Worked Great
Review: I have an epson stylus color 600 and just went through 2 of these black cartridges over about a 12 month period. Worked perfectly and I saved a bundle. Buying 2 more now.

7/4/02 -These continue to perform. Bought another, but obviously no one cares, so if you don't find this useful, please click you did anyway because I feel left out as everyone LOVED the other people's comments on this ink cartridge. Thankyouuuuu.

Summary: Works fine in Stylus 600
Review: I have used several of these in my Stylus 600, and have not had any problems.

Summary: Caveat emptor
Review: I've used six of the Dataproducts color toner cartridges over the past eight months:

2 worked as well as the genuine Epson product;

2 produced inconsistent results, with frequent clogging of the ink jet nozzles, streaking, and spotting;

2 were received leaking in their protective sealed plastic bags and had to be returned (one was actually a replacement for the other; Amazon.com's support staff was very helpful and understanding, by the way!).

A 1/3 success rate isn't worth a few dollars in savings (therefore the 2 star rating). Of the dozen or so Epson cartridges I've bought, only one showed occasional poor quality output; 11/12 are far better odds, especially for small business use.

The Dataproducts black/white toner, however, has shown consistent and good results ... so far. I've only bought three of these to date.

Summary: Definitely Worth The Price
Review: So far I've had no real problem with these compatible ink cartridges. I would have given it a five star rating except for the fact it does tend to clog up if you go a few days without printing. Otherwise I can tell no difference in the output quality from the original Epson cartridges. And at less than half the price of the Epson cartridges, I would most definitely recommend them to others.

Summary: Couldn't be worse
Review: When I decided to use non-Epson cartridges, I was expecting slightly lower quality, some minor deviations of colors, but I could never think that it would be totally defective. The green color is completely missing. You understand what that means ?! It means that I have through it away, which I will be doing tomorrow morning after I buy the original Epson cartridge. You get what you pay.
