I have had no problem with this ink and I don't see any difference in quality whatsoever. I guess it depends on your type of printer and I have a HP 692c. I totally recommend this product if you own a HP printer and want to save money.

Rating: Summary: Makes sense Review: I used this product for the first time and found fairly good results, the black color is a bit off .more like a very dark blue but then it's not for reports or anything like that so I appreciate saving half the price of a completely new cartridge, makes a lot of sense. I would recomend this product , Also instructions and procedure for the refil are easy to follow.it was a clean job no mess. Hope that further jobs give the same results.

This product will save you a lot of money by simply allowing you to refill the cartridges you've already purchased. Even if you're a computer novice you will find the instructions very easy to use. I am still using the original cartridge I got with my printer from a year ago. There is no difference in the inks either.

Rating: Summary: A bad choice... Review: Though I'm not nearly a novice, I found the use of this item most disturbing. The ink is NOT the same as HP's and ended up clogging the ports on my cartridge. I later learned that the poor quality ink had gummed up the print head on my machine! Though Hitachi paid the service bill, the savings in price buying this item are NOT WORTH IT! Save yourself the headache and the service bill... buy the HP version.
