Review: Devices that require consumables (such as printers, CD-R drives, cars, etc.) are the gifts that keep on giving (or, rather, taking away) as you constantly purchase the ingredient it needs to keep performing properly. That said, I've had my SuperScript 860 for 5 years, and I'm just now looking to replace the toner cartridge - after printing some 5600 pages. I hope that this replacement cartridge will serve as long.
