Rating: Summary: Good ink and no problems but it uses ink quickly. Review: I have had no problems with these ink cartridges, and I wouldnt expect problems since they are manufactured by Epson. However both black and color cartridges run out of ink very quickly, sometimes even when I do not use it. I am guessing it is caused by the start up, since everytime it starts the printer sounds as if it is cleaning itself and probably using up some ink. I print mostly black and white, yet both color and black cartridges need to be replaced after each quarter of my school year (10 weeks). I print about thirty pages each week.

Rating: Summary: Got ink Review: If you agree with me, you would say that a great deal of the quality of a printer lies on the ink it used and its cartridge, since the brightness of the prints, the range of colors and the size of the dots depend on it. I bought the printer in a hurry because my other printer (other brand) was broken. Although it was a hurry buy, I am please with it because of the quality of the prints (the printer is a little noisy and it takes a bit until it's prepare to print, but this is not a review of the printer). Also the ink dries very quickly. I've print photos in normal paper and the results are very good (for the paper), it convinces me to by photo paper to see how the quality will be, I predict it will be very good in general. Cons: the printer consumes the cartridge a bit to fast.
Rating: Summary: Expect to Replace Cartridge Often Review: If you own an Epson Stylus C60, you will become acquainted with this cartridge.
The features claimed by the company are accurate in my experience. It installs easily, it is smudge free, and it dries quickly. There is no need to get into the details about those features.
The printer is intended for low-level printing needs, and is meant to be easy to use. It is.
The downside of an entry-level color printer is that the cartridges are used up quickly. Epson might be bound by engineering, that only a limited amount of ink could be secured inside of a limited size cartridge. It could be they held back. I do not know. What you should be aware of is that, no matter what the reason is, you should have plenty of the black cartridges on hand.
This is not ink for a printer meant for small businesses, including home offices. This is for the computer user who rarely prints, but like to print in color, who does not mind waiting while the cartridge hits the page.

Rating: Summary: epson stylus c60 Review: we use this printer at work and can't wait to replace it. it takes too long just to turn it on (sounds like the print heads are cleaning), is very noisy and lately will not print (flashing red light comes on). we have uninstalled and reinstalled which seems to work for the first print job and then the red light comes back on. and like other reviews, the ink cartridges need to be replaced frequently (we don't print very often). this is the worst printer we have had and will not buy epson again. we have only had this printer for about a year and purchased it new.
