Summary: great product, but somewhat pricy
Review: After suffering with the thermal faxes for years I decided to go with the plain paper bubble-jet Canon. I am enjoying very good quality, but it comes with a price. My office require the high volume fax communications, so we are going through the cartriges very fast. It is definitely adding to my overhead, but the ease and quality of the product are ballancing the price. All faxes are easy to read and ready to be filed immediately.
