Summary: Great printer for home and office use
Review: This printer is great. I needed a new color printer for my birthday abd I got this one. I am amazed at the low consumption level from picture printing. It also commes with its own imaging software. WOW!! I recommend it to anyone who need a pro-quality printer that work with paper, and photo paper.

Summary: Avoid this printer
Review: This printer is not worth your time and frustration. I received it essentially free--for the nominal price of one Slovenian tolar, or about half a US cent--when I bought a new HP computer. Even at that price, it was not a good value. It jams nearly every time it tries to feed paper, and on the rare occasions it manages to print with no malfunction, the quality is poor. If zero stars were an option, I'd give it zero. I quickly replaced it with a 'real' printer. Look elsewhere.

Review: When this printer works, it works well. I almost gave it 3 stars.

The problem is that it can not handle more than one sheet of paper in the tray at any one time. I connected the printer to my computer, that part was easy. The printer wanted to print a test page, so I let it. It then took two pieces of paper instead of one, printed half a page and jammed. I tired it again with less paper in the tray, it jammed again. It does not just paper jam, it also eats the paper as it locks up. This means that you have to open it up and fish the little ripped corners of the paper out of the machine before it will print again. The way to deal with this is to have only one piece of paper in the tray at a time, making multi-page print jobs a nightmare.

The quality of the printing, when it does work, is very good for such a low priced printer. I like that it comes with both color and black ink. Some low price printers only have the color ink included. The power cord for the printer is not made for power-strips, it is huge! It takes up 3 outlets, unless you plug it in at the end of the strip. The printer does not come with the USB cord, you will need this to print. The cord will cost more than half the price of the printer.

Good:
Print quality
Size of unit
Price
Ease of install
Ink included

Bad:
Paper jams
Power cord size
No USB cord
