Rating: Summary: Don't waste your money Review: I am so disappointed in my 325. It prints beautiful photos from my memory stick, however, I couldn't install it on my computer.
I called cust. service and they couldnt' help me either.
I enlisted help from family and friends and no one can get this thing installed. I keep getting a message that says there is no software to install the hardware!
So, try another brand. I"m going to.
Rating: Summary: Awesome photo lab for $149 Review: I highly recommend this printer. I did plenty of research and came to the conclusion that this printer offers the best features for the price. The other HP model (HP 375) offers a photo preview screen but costs more. I saw a retail store rep print the same image on HP and Epson printers and the HP printers usually were faster with equal or better photo quality. My family has used this printer for a month now and it is so much fun. Great job HP!
Rating: Summary: Excellent prints in a small package Review: I needed a photo printer that produced excellent pictures, was easy to use, and had a small footprint. The HP 325 Photosmart filled all of my needs. The photo quality is excellent and it takes up very little space. My wife isn't exactly a techie, so I wanted a photo printer that was very easy to use. All she has to do is plug in her CF card, choose a picture, and hit print. No need for the computer. I can use Photoshop to adjust my pictures and then easily print photo quality 4x6's. Highly recommended. The only drawback is the small screen size. You can pay $50 more for the next model up for a larger screen and a few more on-printer options though.
Rating: Summary: Disappointing at first but HP resolved the issue Review: I was frustrated when I first bought the printer. It creates great pictures from my memory card but it would not install on my computer. After reading someone's previous review I thought I should just return it. I contacted HP and one of the customer service reps told me that a certain batch of those printers have a defect that will not allow it to be installed on your computer. I had received advice from other HP reps and it did not work. The only solution was to exchange the printer through Hewlett Packard not the store I bought it from. HP sent me another printer and my computer was able to recognize that printer. Now I can print from my computer and my memory card.
