Summary: FANTASTIC Printer at a FANTASTIC PRICE!
Review: This printer is PERFECT for home use! Believe it or not, IT WAS PLUG AND PLAY WITH WINDOWS XP! The easiest printer installation I have ever experienced! I just plugged it in, rebooted, and BAM, Windows XP installed it! No Driver Disk needed! On top of that, the quality of the print-outs could not be better! CRYSTAL CLEAR! If you had any doubts about a home laser printer, erase them! This printer is PERFECT! 5 STARS! I just love it when things work the way they are supposed to! :)

Summary: Great Value!
Review: I love the value for this printer! For under $200 I do not know what ewlse I could ask for. I like it's compact design, it fits perfectly on yop of a filing cabinet. The print quality is good and I like that I will not have to replace ink jet cartiges every month! If you do not need to print in color, this is a great alternative to ink jet printers!

Summary: A great little laser printer
Review: Even though my ink jet printer at home could print in color,
I usually enjoyed printing on the laser printer at work more,
because it was faster and the text sharper. The laser was
also cheaper per page, though my employer pays for that.

Now I've got my own little laser printer -- and I love it.
It's cheaper, faster and sharper. Some old reams of paper
that were starting to jam on my other ink jet printer run
through this Laser Printer just fine (I'm a real penny pincher).

The top feed and top exit let me use it in a confined space.
Or there's front exit, at the slide of a little door. All the
little details and mechanicals work fine.

And it works fine with all three of my systems: Win98, WinXP and
Linux (Mandrake 8.0, presently).

So far, no complaints.

Summary: Amazing buy!
Review: I'm so happy with this printer! =)

I found it ... when I was searching all over for the Lexmark E210 (which for the record is not as good and costs the same amount.)

- The Lexmark has 4MB of RAM, the Samsung has 8MB.
- The Lexmark has (?) print processor, the Samsung has a 66mhz RISC!
- The Samsung has a rebate which finished yesterday... but I just made it =)

Anyway, this printer is great!! Buy it, you will not be sorry.

Way to go Samsung! You make great printers and awesome LCD Flat Panels... you have come a long way since my friend's VCR and TV broke at the same time in 1989... hehe :) Good show!

Let this be a lesson to people to not "stereo-type" companies for their past mistakes ;)

Cheers!

Summary: All you can ask for $$$
Review: This is an excellent home laser printer. Price is right, output quality & speed is good enough, and it is easy to set up. It is small, quiet, and inoffensive. If you print alot of text you will save money long term buying a laser and just add on an inexpensive color inkjet for photos. Overall, I love the printer, but Samsung's customer service is not up to par.

Summary: fast, very low price, great quality !!!
Review: this printer is wonderful, blows away any inkjet printer, quality is excellant, dont ever have to worry bout smearing or for the paper to "dry", the only thing that i have a hard time getting used to is the 20-25 second warm up time, but from what i hear that's normal for laser printers...once it gets cranking though it's awesome...oh yea the two toner cart's help it alot, and the fact that the design uses a toner/drum in one, you dont have to worry about buying a new drum (that will cost you as much as the printer itself) after going through 5 toner carts...and the toner/drum design in one is cheaper then most toner cart's alone (you can find a toner cart online..., they print up to 2500 pages in normal mode and 3000-3500 pages in toner save, how can any printer compare) ...way better then the hp at work, and faster too...

A+++++++++++++++++

Summary: Save Paper + Save Toner = Save Money
Review: This printer is a steal. I just replaced a $1200 HP Laser with the ML 1210. The ML 1210 is smaller, faster, has more memory, has better paper handling and produces better output. This printer has 8MB and a 66Mhz processor so graphic intensive applications are a snap. This printer is also sharable with no problem. The real nice features are the ability to print multiple pages on one sheet of paper and a toner save mode. The output I am producing with toner save is better than that produced by my HP. If you're still not convinced, this printer comes with TWO toner cartridges. At this price, I'm buying another one before someone at Samsung wakes up and starts charging $300 for this package.

Summary: Replacement for my Okidata 4w Laser Printer
Review: Recently needed to either invest in a new image drum and toner for my Okidata. Due to being able to buy this brand new printer for just a few dollars more, I chose to get a brand new one after reading the reviews. I also had checked out the local Office Depot and you couldn't buy a laser printer for under $$$$.

I just received it and got two toners in the package! The install went smoothly. And it's working great! I am thrilled with my new purchase!

Summary: Horrid colored text printing
Review: I bought this printer based on all the rave reviews on Amazon. Unfortunately, I must send it back as I print many documents which have text that is near black but not exact black. To the human eye and on screen, the text appears black. But, in realtiy, the text isn't pure black. When I print this on the ML1210, the letters and graphics appear very dithered, worse than a dot matrix printer. At 300 dpi it's not even readble. Compare this with HP and Panasonic lasers in which the documents print just fine. They also print fine on my HP deskjet printer.

If you are going to only be printing pure black (RGB 0 0 0) text or graphics then this printer will do you well, otherwise, look elsewhere.

Summary: Excellent output, excellent value
Review: I received the ML1210 from my wife for Christmas and couldn't be more pleased with it. The setup was simple and the output is excellent. I love the speed and my wife loves the fact that it prints on labels and cardstock without any problems. One note -- if you plan to connect using USB and need instructions, look for them at the end of the electronic manual (they're a little hard to find). I would highly recommend this printer to anyone looking for a laser printer.
