Summary: Cheap construction and poor service; bad combination
Review: I purchased this printer about 2 weeks ago. I have yet to print one page that I am completely satisfied with. After assembling and installing the printer, I began by printing a few test pages. The printer went through a few pages just fine, then made a loud grinding noise and displayed an error. I attempted to call Panasonic's tech support, only to discover they are open from 9-5 EST M-F; I had to wait until the following morning. They shipped me a new color print cartridge (they would not ship me a new printer, as their warranty claims). The new cartridge would not print Cyan color. They sent me a third cartridge that seemed to work, but on closer inspection there were horizontal lines across the paper. I printed several pages (as recommended by the manual) and am still seeing the lines. I am now down to about 50% of my color toners (at about $60 each), have wasted over a ream of paper, and still have a broken printer. I would not recommend this product to anybody.

Followup:
After a few faxes (the emails were returned as undeliverable) Panasonic shipped me new toner cartridges to replace the wasted toner. The 3rd color print cartridge they sent seems to be working fine, although it took over 200 pages before the lines disappeared. Although the printer works now, my initial problems have left me with a negative attitude toward this Panasonic product.
