Summary: tight (little) system
Review: I know this may be short but what can i say. this little system is the best in every way. I listen to it in the car and everywhere. I must say with all its features its is the best little system you will ever buy, with its voice recorder and and e-mail and chat plus the musics sound and clarity. I bought one a couple of months ago and are still very impressed for the job it does. i also go on i2GO's website 24/7 and get my sports updates which are way too immpresive. I run with it too, and i recently got back from a white water rafting trip and took it along with me and accually listened to it and did not skip or stop once! I dont know why anyone would have bad comments about it? Its great! but if u do end up getting one(which i recomend u do), Be prepared with new headphones because the ones that come with it bite.(or stink)

Review: i ordered one last year, the software crashed all that time. i emailed them (because that's the only way to contact tech support). but they never replied.the sound quality is not that good either.

Summary: Can't Rate it because I can't get it to work
Review: The reviews I have read made me confident in purchasing this MP3. However, I cannot get it to work and it may even be my fault. The problem is 3 fold. 1st it does not even come with a manual to tell you how to use it. 2nd customer service has regular business hours EST. I am on the West Coast and have never talk to anyone. (I have had it for 2 weeks) 3rd online help is not much better. I am sure this MP3 is great when you get it running, but if you ever have a problem.....you are on your own.
