Review: The NEC LCD1700M 17" Flat Panel Monitor is a high-quality analog TFT active-matrix LCD that elegantly displays images while avoiding being the heavy cumbersome object that most monitors are today. It keeps the level of quality that great 17" monitors do have, yet has the felxibility to be moved around at a moment's notice (only 16 pounds!). Setup & Installation is a quick and easy take-out-of-the-box-and-plug-it-in appliance. The monitor controls also offer the standard options that most monitors allow you to fiddle with, with some pluses. This monitor works with Macs and PC's. It's the best priced 17" flat panel on the market today, made by a quality vendor. Highly recommend.
