Summary: Great Value and surprising Graphics
Review: ...I was delightfully amazed at the difference between this 15" LCD compared to the 17" CRT. It appears to have more usable viewing surface, bringing my WEB viewing into the 21st century, and if so much easier to look at than the CRT's that I would reccomend anyone seeking to upgrade, to toss out your CRT's and replace them with an LCD or Plasma screen.
And these are far more Environmentally friendly... Over-all I am extremly pleased with this item and the support offered with it.

Summary: Fuzzy monitor
Review: I have perfect eye sight, so I knew it was not my eyes when I found this monitor fuzzy. It wasn't very obvious at first, but a little subtle -- you'll get a headache after looking at it for just a few minutes. I used Image Mate software to fine-tune the monitor to optimal setting in my office, so I was pretty sure it was a problem with LCD quality, not an environmental factor. For this reason I rate this poor. Zero star if that was possible.

Summary: Great Color
Review: I have this monitor for about a month now. It has beautiful color and was so easy to set up. Just plug and play - no software to install. Started up immediately and fairly easy to make adjustments (which really were not necessary). I am not a heavy gamer, just use it for searching the net, word processing, scanning and solitare. I am 100% satisfied with it so far and have no problem recommending it.

Summary: awesome monitor... until it died
Review: i personally loved this monitor for gaming, with it's fast 25ms response time and beautiful picture, but after about a month, it died. keep in mind that kds will replace dead monitors for free within three years... but still. i've heard about kds monitors tending to die fairly often, so i'm returning it for a different model now. thank you amazon for such awesome return policies and customer care!!!

Review: I purchased this monitor based on a review in Fortune magazine (a mistake to begin with) and the irresistable price. The image needed considerable tweaking after I unpacked the monitor, but after downloading the driver from KDS it looked fine and does not have the flicker of my laptop. The first monitor lasted for a few months, but the screen began to go bad from right to left, then completely died. The warranty provided 3 years parts and service and returning the defective monitor was painless. The second monitor died with a bad on/off switch. Ditto for the third. I'm now on my fourth monitor and this whole process started less than two years ago! When this one dies I'll purchase from another manufacturer. I'm only willing to put up with this for so long...
