Rating: Summary: A good budget LCD monitor Review: The L4AX measures exactly 14.1 inches diagonally, about .2 inches more than a 15" CRT monitor, so it works best as a replacement for a 15" CRT. Resolution is standard XGA at 1024x768. I'm never a fan of higher resolution than that so I can live with XGA happily.Mildly stylish, the Kogi seems well built with a sturdy stand. The brightness can't compare with the best from NEC or Sharp, but is adequate in an office or home. Viewing angle is less than more expensive monitors. I don't share my monitor with others so I don't see this as a problem. In real-world usage the monitor performs admirably. The controls are intuitive, and the no-frills design makes it a good value. (Yes, I was attracted to it due to Amazon's good pricing and a generous rebate.)
Rating: Summary: Fuzzy Review: The price might seem right, but this thing is pretty bad. I checked out one at the local Best Buy and it was terrible. Sitting right next to it was a NEC and Viewsonic and they made it look like dirt. Just to be certain it wasn't a dud, I looked at another store where they had three different models: some worse than others but all pretty bad. If you really think this is what you want you had better go take a look at it first. I honestly think you would be better off with the cheapest, Nec, Viewsonic, Sony, Samsung, or Planar display you could find.
Rating: Summary: Can't beat this price! Review: The screen is a bit small, but you can't beat the price for a LCD monitor like this! I have used it for a week and so far so good. I will never go back to CRT monitors again!!
Rating: Summary: 2 repairs in 1 month! Review: This monitor is the worst mistake I have ever made! After I have purchased on Amazon.com it hasn't been working for a 10 single minutes. It's been in the maunfacturer's repair 2 times already. As soon, as it will get broken the third time, I will get my money back from my vredit card.
Rating: Summary: Great Product For so Little Money Review: True, this monitor is a little on the small side, but most of us aren't graphics professionals or "serious gamers" that spend 10-12 hours in front of our monitor. I needed something with a little footprint, good resolution, and little power-drain that still showed my digital photos with nice quality. This fits the bill. Also, it is the cheapest LCD monitor going, and works well with all computers (No DVI card needed), etc.
Rating: Summary: bad kogi, no picture Review: We bought this item about 14 months ago, and it just died. We were concerned from the start because the company stiffed us (...). When I called them for service, I found that it was more expensive to repair than to replace. They were unresponsive to my complaint that it was only 14 months old and pretty much told me to go fish. That's what I'll do- fish for a new monitor from a company I've heard of!
Rating: Summary: DO NOT BUY THIS MONITOR Review: We purchased this monitor and it has already died within two months of bare use. The monitor also had a white speck, looks like a defect, near the top center of the LCD screen. This monitor has the basic features but is overpriced for what it has. I would not recommend this monitor as you get what you pay for. Siskel & Ebert gives this a thumbs down! :P
Rating: Summary: Bad!! Review: What's wrong with your product??? It cannot display correctly when I firstly use it cause two wide line is missing in the monitor!!!!
