Summary: Beautiful, but power switch problems
Review: Apple's flat panels are truly works of art. The picture and contrast are excellent; however, when I use it in a 90 degree room (most of the summer), the power switch constantly activates itself. This used to put the computer to sleep while I was using it, but now I can disable the sleep feature in the Energy Saver control panel. Note: I bought this almost a year ago, so Apple may have corrected the problem.

Summary: Superior Product
Review: I purchased this monitor along with my new G4, and I have to say that I am pleased. If you can't afford the 17", the 15" works just as well. It's wider than I expected it to be. The picture is crisp and clear, without the jiggle I have seen with other brands. You can adjust the brightness by going into the Control Panel of your system software. I haven't tried it out with OS X, yet. But it works great with OS 9. Recommended.

Summary: Brilliant clarity and color
Review: The image clarity and color definition on this monitor are simply fantastic, and the refresh rate is high enough to display fast action videogames with ease.

My only regret is its low resolution (1024x768) which makes it difficult to work with modern OSX applications and pallette-hungry programs such as Adobe's Photoshop 7.

Summary: Beautiful, but power switch problems
Review: This moniter has almost the best quality that I have seen in the flat panel display category. You can look at it from a fairly steep angle and it doesn't smuge blur, or otherwise mess up the image of what's on the screen. Overall a great product

Summary: The best LCD value (if your Mac can drive it)
Review: [...]this display is a artistic and functional value.
For those looking to ease eye strain, lower power consumption, regain valuable desk space, or just plain get a cool clear plastic display to match their Cube or graphite or "QuickSilver" G4, this is a great choice.
If you have been waiting for the price of LCDs to drop before getting on the bandwagon, it's time to get off.
At 1024 x 768, the screen real estate is admittedly a little small, and with OS X, that cramped style is exacerbated, but if this fits your budget, by all means go for it.
[...]17", by all means trade-up to that.
