Summary: Great Analog lcd
Review: Bought this a month ago. No dead pixels and excellent picture. As expected the speakers suck but I wasn't planning on using them anyways. I would buy again.

Summary: Bingo!
Review: Dollar-for-dollar - this is the one. Compared to the blurry, washed out LCD displays at the "wholesale" discount stores, this thing rocks!

The other reviewers are correct about the misprinted "digital" capabilities. It has only analog HD15 input.

Well, in my opinion, that's just alright - considering the price.

Summary: Not bad for the money
Review: For this low price, the KoGi L7CH is a very decent 17" LCD monitor. It won some kind of PC magazine award for its text and picture clarity, although I wish the contrast ratio were higher. Response time is also a bit on the high side, but again, this is a value monitor and a good choice if your budget is tight (and whose isn't these days?). The warranty is skimpy, so be sure to buy from a reputable store like Amazon just in case something goes wrong shortly after you purchase it. I bought two of these for clients and neither one had dead pixels.

Summary: Quality, excellent sharpness for text and graphics!
Review: Great monitor! Excellent quality and sharpness for the money.
You can't get better out there! There is no compromise on quality! You get the very best in Kogi. I have Kogi 19" L9CH and 17" L7CH and been very happy with them. No dead pixels and zero problems! The Kogi has the sharpest LCD screen on the market! I've been very happy with Kogi monitors. You will too!
I give it 10 stars!!!! You will be amazed at it's excellent quality at 1280x1024 native resolution!!!

Summary: It broke down just a few days after 3-month full warranty
Review: I bought it in March and thought it was a good deal. It worked fine until last Thursday. When I turned on my computer, the whole monitor screen turned into green/yellow. And it became so blurry that I could not even correctly find the START icon to turn off my computer.
I called the Gvision company. First, they don't have a toll free customer service number. Then the guy from technical support told me to go to their website to follow the instructions listed in FAQs--lucky I did not get rid of my old monitor. Nothing worked. I called them again. And I was told that I had to go to their website again to fill out a RMA (RETURN/REPAIR MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION) REQUEST FORM, otherwise a $45 fee will be charged.
Second, after I completed the form and clicked "sumbit", a page error occured and the information could not be sent. I tried several times and could not send out the request form. So I called Gvision for the third time. This time I was told that it might because the information I typed in was too long--their web page just says "Please be brief/concise" but does not specify a length limit or tells you the form might not be sent out if the information is too long.
Anyway, I received the email reply yesterday giving me a RMA # so I can send my monitor back to Gvision. BTW: althought the product claims to have one-year warranty, the full warranty is 3-month. It means after 3 months from your purchase date, they will only REPAIR or replace it with a REFURBISHED item.
Third, even after you get the RMA # you have to ship the monitor back by yourself. And Gvision will not cover or reimburse the shipping cost. I paid about $24 for 7-day ground parcel service at post office. Two years ago when I had problem with my Dell laptop, I contacted Dell and they just sent someone from Fedex to pick it up the next day. I did not have to pay a cent for shipping (I did not even have to pack my laptop because the Fedex guy came in with a special case for laptop and he wrapped it carefully.)
Now I'm still waiting for my LCD monitor to come back. Hopefully there will be no more hassles for me.

Summary: Surprisingly great!
Review: I bought this LCD because the price is right and the specs are good. I read the reviews and decided to give it a try. Honestly, this looks better than the Samsung and the Viewsonic my sister has. Not a single dead pixel, and absolutely no distortions. Setup was easy, image is sharp, what else can you ask for? Awesome! I am so glad I got it, and saved $70 for other goodies. The speakers are as weak as I expected, but I use headphones so I don't care. Overall, I am pleasantly surprised.

Summary: Good Monitor, but Mac Users Beware
Review: I bought this monitor to use with my OS X Macintosh. It worked just fine under 10.2.X but when I upgraded to 10.3 it began to cause problems. It has issues with some full-screen games in 10.3 where the resolution is allowed to be set "out of range" rendering the monitor blank. A quick force-quit brings everything back, but it makes the games unplayable. Not sure if it's the monitor or the system causing the problem. The monitor is otherwise very nice and provides a very fast refresh rate and is nice and bright.
YMMV

Summary: KOGI L7CH
Review: I received this monitor, and for the first 25 days it worked well, but suddenly the color went haywire, and the screen refused to be adjusted. Checking the product materials, I discovered there was no warranty info.
I am now in the process of trying to contact Gvision/KOGI for warranty service - it's like going through hell!!

Summary: Poor Quality Monitors
Review: I thought this monitor would be a good deal, but it was a huge headache. Very poor customer service. The picture looked washed out. I had to send in the monitor in for repairs three times in four months costing me $50. The first time, the screen shifted off center and would not return to its original position. After the first repair, the colors became tinted orange and would not reset. The second time I sent in the monitor, they sent me a new one (after keeping the one I sent in for three weeks before looking at it). The new monitor had a blue line that ran down the side of the screen only a few days after I hooked it up. The original discription from amazon.com was misleading because it said that the monitor had a DVI connection, which it does not. I am very sorry that I bought this monitor.
