Summary: Great "Bang for the Buck"
Review: When building my computer I decided that I would want all high end components...and as my budget started to dwindle the last thing I though about was a monitor. With limited cash I went on a monitor search and found the Futura LD7. It certainly isn't the most expensive (One of the lowest priced 16+" viewable anywhere), nor does it support the greatest resolutions or refresh rates, I am extremely pleased. It has a great picture with no distortion and works great with my ATI Rage Fury Pro Video Card. It also has no problem when I play DVD's. The onscreen disply options are great, much more than most low priced monitors. You can adjust nearly every setting possible, although the manual is lacking in explaining what some of the options are. Another selling point for me is Futura's 48 Hour Replacement...yes that's right...your monitor breaks, you'll have a new one in 2 days or less...all that for a great price!. I didn't purchase mine through Amazon (wish I would have...would have saved a couple bucks), but I'm sure you'll be happy with this if you are looking for a cheap, but good 17" monitor.
