Summary: Excellent Product
Review: I work for a medical office and am in charge of purchasing all computer equipment. I am always out looking for a good deal. Recently, we made the decision to start replacing all of our existing CRT's with LCD's when the existing CRT's go bad. I recently purchased 3 Samsung 570V's and was so impressed I have ordered 2 more to have on hand for replacements. If Amazon keeps this product at this price, I plan on buying 20 to put in our new office under construction. The space saving feature is excellent in a business setting where desk space is always at a premium. I have purchased other LCD's at about the same price but from a no name manufacturer. Out of 7 purchased, I had to send 5 back immediately because they didn't even work when we received them. Samsung is a great product and at a great price. Thank you Amazon.com!

Summary: best buy
Review: It is a very good deal and looks like 17" not 15". :-) If you are looking for a bestbuy LCD monitor, I highly recommend this.

Summary: Very good!
Review: PROS:
- Affordable for students.
- Auto menu is very easy (given the manual option is confusing).
- Support from Samsung is excellent. I tried to call them before, and it's quick :)

CONS:
Menu is not user friendly.

NOTE:
Need extra driver for W2K, but I don't notice a degrading in performance without it.

Summary: Great product line with proven reliability.
Review: Six months after my 2nd KDS died (please note: KDS will replace dead or defective monitors for *free* for 3 years from the date of mfg; you don't even need your receipt, just the serial number!) I replaced it with this 15" Samsung. It was much brighter and text was noticably more clear (note: use highest resolution possible from setup for flat screen text) than the KDS, with a slightly smaller footprint. I had already been using a SyncMaster 770 TFT at my own desk for about 18 months and it had performed flawlessly, so my 2 years with Samsung monitors convinced me to switch all our office monitors to either 570s or 770s. Needless to say, everyone is happy.

Summary: Perfection in a flat-screen monitor
Review: So my CRT monitor decided to spazz out and die on me, and I had been contemplating a flat-screen for its eventual replacement. Well, the death of the old CRT forced my hand, and I ended up purchasing this Samsung, and I am quite impressed. Very sharp, bright as day, nice color, thin footprint, sturdy & well-manufactured, highly energy compliant, incredibly useful auto-adjust feature (no need to twiddle the horizontal/vertical hold for hours to get a full screen view,) easy to use, video drivers included on disk, ample viewing area, roomy look, and a steal of a price. I had it out of the box, unpacked, installed, and looking perfect in less than 10 minutes.

Flat-screen monitor prices may have bottomed out, so if you are in the market for a snazzy upgrade from that ancient CRT of yours and are looking for a great quality monitor at a great price, you have just found your future flat-screen friend.

Kudos to Samsung.

Summary: Samsung 570v 15"
Review: This is an excellent monitor which is all the more remarkable given its price. I chose the free shipping offer on Amazon and wound up paying [item price]. Make sure you use it in native mode 1024x768 or else you'll be disappointed. (This is true of all of the LCD monitors.) ... a good job by Samsung.

Summary: Great LCD, Great Price
Review: This is my first LCD and I will never get a non-Samsung LCD again. We also recently purchased a ViewSonic LCD, the clarity and quality is very poor compared to the Samsung. I would highly recommend this to anyone. Samsungs warranty support is great (had a problem with dirvers), my problem was resolved within 20 minutes. Great job again, Samsung!
