Summary: so compact - great!
Review: This is a great mp3 player. The software that comes with it is easy to use, and the player itself uses only 1 AAA battery, which goes a long way. It's great to put in your front pocket while you're walking from place to place, and of course there's no skipping if you want to jog with it. A great product!

Summary: Fantastic
Review: This is a great product. DO NOT buy the Nike or Rio MP3 players. They are horrible. The comments about battery life are valid. Must sure you keep plenty of batteries in your gym bag. You'll need them.

Summary: Better Buy a Case of Batteries
Review: This is a pretty good little device overall. The sound is very good in my opinion, but my experience with MP3 players is limited. The ear buds sound good enough. Lastly, although, the user interface leaves something to be desired, the form factor is truly amazing.

However, there are two big drawbacks. The first is the horrible battery life. If I use the player very often, a battery will last only from 90 minutes to 3 hours tops. If I just let the device sit around, one will last about a week. The second is the clumsy software. The Rio-Port digital music software works, but not too wisely nor too well. Too many steps are required to create even a simple playlist, and even then you have to pay more to get full functionality.

I do not actually rue my purchase of this device as a way to get my toes in the world of MP3 without spending a lot of money. But, it is clear that now that I am hooked I will be upgrading in the very near future. So, if you too are thinking in a similar vein, remember you can pay the man now or you can pay him later.

Summary: Best for working out
Review: This is pretty awesome - I use it working out all the time, and the sound quality, particularly with some kickass headphones, is great. It even has some basic settings to mess with the sound type. The only difficult part is the large program - it also has the basic version of the interface program, which is much easier to use. Overall, though, this is some of the best money you can spend. I would recommend taking the battery out after every time you use it so you don't plow through AAAs -if you do that, you can get about 3 or 4 hours out of a battery.

Summary: Very Good Player
Review: This MP3 player has very good sound quaility and it only costs around $90-$100. The bad thing is that the player zaps your battery life(4 hours in play mode, 30 days in clock mode). If you use this player constantly, you better had loads of extra cash.

Summary: The most bumping by the oz
Review: Wow this thing is light!!! The sound quality is awesome too. Just keep one thing in mind before purchasing it, its for putting in your pocket!!! with the little chain clip thing, cant' really clip it to your shirt or anywhere else without the risk of it falling off.

I actually thought it was a arm strapped one. LOL don't even remember where that idea came from when ordering it. was kinda disappointed when I found out it wasn't. but not complaining, it works fine in my pockets and I love the sound quality.
