Summary: Excellent Machine - Good Customer Service
Review: I bought this laptop from Greg through amazon.com and I feel its a really great deal. The service provided by Greg to me has also been really good. He keeps in touch with the customers very nicely, which is really appreciable.This HP Notebook pc xt5377qv is a state of the art machine. I am a comp. science student and really like to do a tough testing on the comp systems. Floppy disk drive and the IR port are certainly added bonus which are these days not available in most of the other brands but are actully very useful. I talked to HP technicians before (for getting recommendation) and after buying the notebook, and both the times I received excellent customer service too. They ( HP tech support) listen to people very nicely and give genuine solutions. Unlike other brands they dont hang you on the phone. Note: When I talked to HP tech support few days ago, they told me that for this model (HP pavilion xt 5377qvnotebook pc), they did not get a single complaint logged till date. The notebooks seems to be very sturdy and nice. I would says that at this date today (Dec 5, 2003) it is the best deal to buy a new hi speed notebook for 1099 USD. Overall I am very happy with the system and would recommend to other buyers also. Many Thanks
