Summary: Good System, but change your office software
Review: This is a solid hardware system and most the software is fine. No complaints as far functionality and using CDs. No offense but not that many people use Word Perfect and Quattro Pro. So if you want a smooth transition of documents to other systems you will want Microsoft Office. Granted MS Office is overpriced for that convenience but still it is the most widely used. I realize HP is probably trying to keep their system cost down but sometimes a little additional cost is worth it. Since HP could buy MS software in quantity it would reduce the cost to the end user, us. I highly recommend HP give that some serious thought.
