Summary: Would be great if it was actually the color described . . .
Review: I love these headphones, and when I saw them in Green, I thought it would be perfect to go with my girlfriend's iPod mini. Twice I ordered these headphones, and they came in black instead. And Amazon.com customer service said there was nothing more they can do.

Summary: Poorly design headphone
Review: I purchased this headphone 2 months ago and boy was I disappointed. Unless you have big ears to hook the headphones on, you are out of luck! The ear piece keeps falling off and you can not adjust the ear piece to make it fit. I absolutely wasted my money and if I were you, I try to find something else. The quality of the sound may be a good one but I haven't had a chance to make a fair judgement only because the darn thing keeps falling off from my ear!

Review: Just got mine this morning and already put them through the paces at the gym. Two hours of use later: they never slipped off once and my ears felt great. I used them with my iAUDIO CW300 listening to both MP3 files and FM radio. Sound quality was fantastic, especially considering I only paid $6.00 for them (green were on sale).

They get my strong recommendation!!!

Summary: Headphones worth writing a review about
Review: The first time I had seen these headphones was in Sam Goody. Recently I had been using the ear buds. I hated them. They constantly fell out and were never comfortable. I was off looking for the ideal headphones which meant comfortable, fantastic sound, great bass, would stay on no matter what, and would leak almost nothing (so my parents couldn't hear me). I purchased these and took about 15 minutes to realize that the "L" meant "Left" and I was putting them on backwards the whole time. I knew they were on correct instantly. They were comforatable and fit snug. I turned on the music and let it rip. My mom (who was next to me) had to tap me on the shoulder to ask when I was going to try them out with music. She never knew they were even on! These were turning out to be the greatest headphones of all time. The XBS was great through these small things, I could set them in my hand and turn the volume up and I would FEEL the beat. Well enough story here's the pros and cons...

PROS- Great sound, never slip, comfortable, barely leaks noise, easy to put on and off, durable and long-lasting (survived being rolled up in some wrestling matts), beats all other over-the-head headphones, easy to jog with.

CONS- After a looong (about 3-4 hours long) period of listening, your ears hurt, and even with the tangle-slip thing they still tangle easily.

That's really it. Great buy, go for it.

Summary: Average, at best
Review: These actually fit my ears pretty good. I prefer the look of the Sony MDR-J11's which look like they might be less bulky, but they are harder to find than these.

What really disappointed me was the sound quality. I know these are cheap headphones, but I thought a company like Sony would do much better.

My Iriver mp3 player came with Sennheiser MX100 earbuds (cheaper in price than the Sony's), but I can't stand earbuds (they won't stay in), so I bought these to replace them. The sound quality on the Sennheisers is noticeably much better.

Don't waste your money on these Sony's, find something else.

Summary: I must have weird ears
Review: These headphones don't fit well, just like every other pair I've ever tried that aren't giant earmuffs. I have smallish ears and these won't stay on unless I really cram the little speakers into my ear canal, and then I can only take the pain for about 15 minutes. I can't really comment on the sound quality because I can't keep them in my ears long enough to find out.

I went ahead and gave them the three stars because 1) they were very inexpensive 2) I bought them on recommendation from a friend who absolutely loves hers and 3) the problem may very well be my head design and not the headphone design :/

Anyway, if you have smallish ears and find that pretty much everything else falls off, this may not be your answer either, but at least you won't have to spend a whole lot to find out.
