Summary: Decent product for the price
Review: Given how cheap this case is, it's not a bad choice. It's certainly functional and serves as good protection for your handheld. On the other hand, it looks cheap. Definately not for the professional. Further, your handheld is mounted into the case with velcro and makes for a very loud noise if you need to remove it from the case. I very quickly upgraded to Handspring's own slim leather case, which is only a little more expensive but looks much better. As a budget basement case, though, this product is worth a look. Maybe you'll like it's aesthetics better than I.

Summary: Great case... Velcro idea
Review: Great case. Lightweight, padded, good price.

One complaint I've read is that people say their Palm rocks a little when they use it. Here's what I did to prevent that: It comes with a square piece of velcro that you attach to the back of your Palm... I cut that in half, and used one piece at the top of my Palm, and one at the bottom. That way, it is not rocking on one piece.

Provides great protection, I am very happy with it. I use a Palm IIIC, by the way.

Summary: Good case, with some modifications.
Review: I bought this case because it looks very cool (the silver one). It is also inexpensive and actually protects the PDA, unlike several other leather flip/slim/executive model cases I've bought (and returned) in the past. 2 problems though: velcro is terrible. The PDA (in my case a visor) rocks when you use it, and have you ever tried to pull velcro apart quietly ? Like in a meeting ? Also the battery holders. I have never found batteries to be a hard to find item, and if your batteries run out because you aren't carrying a spare pair, you must be very distracted. I removed the battery holders and the velcro, and hot glued the snap case that came with my visor (otherwise useless)into the case, so I can snap my visor in and out. Now it is really a cool and functional case. Many compliments on it.

Summary: great case!
Review: I have had my Sumdex padded palm wallet for a year. I got it for my handspring visor. This is a particularly handy case because of the strap on the back of it--you can loop the strap of a satchel through this strap on the back. I have a shoulder bag and have this case on to the strap, so I can access my visor without opening the bag. The battery loops are a perfect way to make sure you are never without spare power. Whereas the other reviewer I read has made use of the velcro, I determined the case was more useful for transporting than for cradling the visor permanently--mine is not fastened into the case, and if that's what you'd like to do with the case you buy, I don't recommend it--the zipper around the outside (all you need to keep the device in the case without velcro) would also, it seems, be annoying to contend with when you're actually using the device. However, if you want to have quick, easy access to your handheld while still protecting it, this is a great case. And the price is right.

Summary: Synthetic case by Sumdex
Review: I like this case. However, it's not as cool as its brother, the Sumdex leather zippered model. However, I recommend buying this one. It has Star Trek appeal (silverized look is a little spacey), and has a belt loop. A belt clip would have been better, but this model could be user-modified with a clip. Buy and enjoy the final frontier.

Summary: really holds up
Review: I throw my PDA in my backpack, and I throw my backpack around when I get to work or when I get home. It's a good thing it's encased in this wallet--it never gets crushed or scuffed. It's not much bigger than my Handspring, either. I am glad I bought it.

Summary: Too Big
Review: Simply, this is a PDA case, and functions just fine as one. Obviously it is larger than your PDA by a bit, as it must protect it, fairly slim, though. Zipper operates smoothly, and the padding works well, protects nicely. The interior velcro will hold the PDA well, but I am not sure what the elastic is for, possibly a pen, but certainly not your stylus. That's about it. A good case for the price.

Summary: Just right for me!
Review: This case is fits like a glove. This is an excellent case, in many ways superior to those priced in the $20 - $50 range, if not truly superior. I have yet to drop my Palm IIIc in it--hopefully, I never will--but it looks competent enough to protect it from damage.

The case is very firm, but absorbant. I'm told it's waterproof, or water-resistant--let's hope I never find out. I got the yellow one (or gold) and though the color doesn't look the same in real life as it does the Amazon.com picture, I still like how bright it is.

What I don't like is that it provides you with a velcro thingy to secure your Palm inside. No thanks! I refuse to deface my Palm with scratchy, nasty old velcro. I mean, if you put that velcro sticker on its back, that's forever. No sir. I'll just have to be careful opening the case, so that it doesn't fall out.

It's stylish, very modern-looking. If you want an inexpensive alternative to the other, very similar products for protecting your PDAs, this is your savior. At [the price], how can you go wrong?

Summary: Too Big!
Review: This is a very nice looking wallet for PDA's, but is too big for the Palm m130.

Summary: Almost perfect
Review: This PDA case is almost perfect. I have found it to be durable and effective at protecting my Palm from harm. The bright color makes my Palm easy to find on my cluttered desk. If the case had pockets for expansion cards and so forth, it would be perfect!
