Rating: Summary: Rhinoskin Hard Case Review: I purchased the case for my Palm 500. It is bulky, hard to open, and extremely unattractive. I returned it & bought the hard case that is manufactured by Palm. I would definitely recommend getting that one instead.
Rating: Summary: Rhinoskin Hard Case Review: I use this hard case for my Palm m500. I insist on hard cases for my PDA due to the nature of my job and the mobility that comes with my lifestyle. This unit is good and will protect the unit. My only constructive criticism is that it is a bit thicker than you might think when looking at it. If you stick your Palm in your back pocket as I do, this one might be a bit bulky. Hopefully, the choice ofthinner hard cases will become available in the future
Rating: Summary: a bit dinky Review: I wanted a case which didn't involve either velcro or animal skin, so this seemed like a good option. however, it's very difficult to open the first week or so of use, after which it starts to loosen up to the point that it opens when you don't want it to. it's thin and light, yes-but be careful; it's so thin that I actually nearly cut myself on the edges a couple times. I'm seriously thinking of taking mine back and shelling out the extra [money] for the palm brand one.

Rating: Summary: No place for the pen Review: My HP Jornada 548 fits nice in it but there is no room for the pen. Bad thing. Hard to open also.
Rating: Summary: Worth every penny... Best investment for your PDA. Review: Rhinoskin's aluminum case for the Palm IIIc is the best investment I ever made for my PDA. It is light, sturdy, and elegant. It is easy to use. I would recommend that if you are going to buy this that you use a custom stylus like the "panache." If not, the use of the standard stylus can be difficult as removing the stylus would require you take the PDA out of the case ("tip it up"). Still, this is the best case for people who are often careless. I myself put it in its case and into my bookbag... the case protects it from being crushed. No velcro required, that was a great selling point. Most cases require using velcro, which is just messy. I am sure that this case will protect my PDA for years to come. Highly Recommended.
Rating: Summary: Expensive but good protective case Review: The new molded case for m500 just came out from rhinoskin, which has a nicer design and less bulky appearance. I couldn't wait so I bought the slider a month ago and overall it's been a good case. It passed the drop test once on a ceramic floor, so I feel somewhat qualified to write a review. The advantage of the slider is that you can fold the cover back 360 degrees, it makes a noise but it's not exceedingly annoying. The palm rests in the slider a little less snug than preferred, but it stays intact and it's very easy to disengage the palm from the case to hotsync. The aluminum cover scratches easily if you put keys in the same pocket. Big minuses are its bulk, looks and price tag, but I bought it for the peace of mind.
Rating: Summary: Too Small for Ipaq 3800 series Review: The product description does not hype it up. I am very happy with it. The only drawback is that when the visor is in the case the field of vision of the IR port is greatly reduced. To use the IR features the two device has to be accurately lined up. For IR-synchronization it is okay but for visor to visor transfer it is not at all satisfactory.
Rating: Summary: Very Sturdy Review: This case is an excellent choice if you carry your Palm in a briefcase of backpack. It stays closed and will protect the machine against bangs and crushing. Build quality is excellent and the friction fit method of holding the Palm in the case requires no velcro, another plus. I also appreciate the space provided on the inside of the case for business cards. The only real downside is that you have to remove your machine from the case to sync or charge. I consider this an acceptable tradeoff for the protection that is offered. Additionally, if you are partial to belt cases, Rhinoskin makes a belt case for the Sliders. The whole hardcase fits into the belt holster for easy access. The Slider isn't a perfect case for a Palm but if you are concerned with durability or use your Palm in less than ideal conditions, it is the way to go.
Rating: Summary: RhinoSkin Aluminum Slider Hardcase for Handspring Prism Review: This is a great unit for protecting your Visor Prism. The slider cover is exactly what I was looking for. No more hassling with popping the original separate cover that comes with unit.It seems to be plenty tough enough for everyday use, bouncing around in a bag or backpack with the rest of your gear. The corners are not as smooth as I would like. If you are thinking of slipping this into a pocket the corners may be a liitle sharp.
