Summary: A must if you use your Palm at home and the office.
Review: If you're like me, you use two or more PC's over the course of a normal workday and you use your PalmVx religiously. Your Palm already came with one cradle, but you really need an extra to ensure all your PC's are in sync. What more can be said...it's the same high quality and easy to use charging cradle that came with your Palm. Mostly a convenience thing for casual users, but for those who use their Palms alot, you need an extra. Pick one up now while they're still available.

Summary: Does what it is supposed to do.
Review: Maybe because this was just given to me at work, I don't care about the price. This was delivered with the Pilot and a book with installation and HotSync software. Most of the negative reviews are because of the excessive price or travel complicatedness. I have none of these problems as this just sits on the desk. However it does take up precious COM ports. The Palm that I am planning to use will have a wireless Sync so the port will then be free. I suppose at that time I will use this just for the charger. So far it is just plug and play and no complications. The "Palm V Hotsync Cradle with Charger" (ASIN: B00000JI2C) does what it is supposed to do

Summary: Great Accessory
Review: What Can I say? Palm products have always been of the best quality, and the Palm V Hotsync Cradle is no exception. I purchased an extra cradle for use with another desktop, so I can sync with several computers. The cradle bottom is metal, and there is enough weight that it does not move if the cord has a bit of pull on it. A must buy for palm V(x) users that need to sync with another computer, or need one at the office and at home. Whatever the case maybe, its very handy to have an extra cradle around.

Summary: NOT USB COMPATIBLE- DON'T BUY THIS
Review: with usb, you just have to simply plug it in and it charges for you.
however with the com port charger, this is so unstable and disfunctional.
If you can, please get the USB compatible hotsync cradle charger.
it is so much smaller and you won't regret like i am right now.
