Summary: to big for a thin pocket pc
Review: I think its a good product with good materials but it's big for the ipaq 1900 series. I also have a HP jornada 545 and the case is perfect for that big pocket pc. Maybe targus can do another small case.!!!.

Summary: Great Product for the Price
Review: Just got my Targus hp100L notebook case today and it is awesome. I have to admit, it is a little big and heavy, but it's perfect since I have a 15.4" widescreen. I bought this off of Amazon.com for $24.99 w/ free shipping. Fully leather, shoulder strap and a lot of compartments.
Pros: Very professional looking, spacious, many compartments, shoulder strap and hard bottom. Great price too.
Cons: A little on the heavy side if you mind weight.

Summary: Does NOT Fit the TC1100 Slate
Review: This case is advertised by HP as fitting the TC1100 tablet without the keyboard (slate only). That is not correct. The plastic hooks in this case are designed for the keyboard and will not fit the slate. Amazon's photos of the case show that the hooks are "T" shaped, similar to the hooks found in the HP case that came with the TC1100. These "T" shaped hooks will only secure the keyboard; the slate will slip out easily.
