Review: i bought this case after i returned the crappy handspring plastic belt clip....i almost dropped my visor out of that case. this case looks cool and works conveniently. it also has a swivel belt clip, this makes it very comfortable to wear, it will not fall out of this case. the case closes by velcro. a great case

Review: I bought this to store my Palm Vx and carry it around on my belt (and in true cyber-geek style, it joined my pager and cell phone). My only problem was that the clip tends to be a slight pain to get onto the belt. Also, the flap folds over almost beyond the velcro patch (when I'm trying to have the flap down snuggly). But those are both just minor things and this was certainly worth the money I paid.

Review: I have been a Visor user for over 2 years now. I started with a Visor Deluxe, but now use a Visor Prism.I bought my Visor Prism over 9 months ago and got a Targus Leather Case to carry it in. The Targus Leather Case is made with good quality material, and is very well crafted. The stitching is first rate. I carry the case with me daily, and clip and unclip it from my belt an average of 8-10 times a day. Exercising standard care in clipping and removing the case, I have had no problem with the clip. I normally unclip the case from my belt during long drives. But during short drives, I do not unclip the case from my belt. The case has a swivel type clip which allows me to swivel the case away from the seat belt during short drives. Being made from leather, the case invariably gets scratched and pinched during regular use. But its wearing out very nicely, and with due care, I am sure that this case will last me for quite some time. I intend to keep it for as long as I can. The case provides very good protection, specially at its corners. I credit the case of saving my Visor Prism from severe damage on at least 2 occasions when I dropped my Visor Prism to concrete. On both occasions, I had a barcode laser scanner module on my Prism - and this too survived with nary a scratch. I bought the case from Amazon and am delighted that it is now available at a considerably reduced price. For this reason, I have bought 2 more of this case. I will be giving one of these to my wife, and will be giving the other to my brother.

Summary: Mine Broke too! Revised 1/23/02
Review: I have owned this case for 12 days and the belt clip broke off too. I reached to pull it off my belt and the belt clip broke off. I had to call targus and get a replacement case. It is a very nice looking case and it also fits my Palm IIIc very good. This case shouldn't have broken off this early and I think there must be a problem with these cases if two people had their belt clips break off in less than a month. My recommendation is "buyer beware", it is a very nice case but if you buy this product be careful with the belt clip, I hope your case doesn't break like mine and the other reviewers. Well I shipped the broken case back to Targus and was sent a brand new one. This one has lasted me almost a year.I think the problem with them is that the belt clip is so tight that if it is stretched excessively for a thick belt, it loosens the clip causing it to break. I switched to a slightly thinner belt and have enjoyed it eversince.

Summary: Ordered but never received it
Review: I ordered this on August 17 from Alphacraze and I have still not received it. My emails to Alphacraze have only been answered by an automated system. I am very frustrated. I guess my only option is to contact my credit card company and stop payment on the order.

Summary: I finally found a high-quality nerd case!
Review: I own a Compaq Aero 1520 PDA and have had a major hassle finding a decent case that didn't use velcro to hold the PDA as I prefer to have all controls available while using the unit and the speaker is on the back. This case was too short and thick but, being made of semi-soft leather with a velcro closure, the Aero fits just fine. The belt clip needed more of an opening to accept a belt so I used pliers to bend it slightly. It stays put on my belt, swivels to let me sit down and offers quick access to my Aero which I stow upside-down and glass-in. My biggest gripe is that the case is brown leather vice black which I prefer. Eventually I'll have it dyed black - when I can live without it for a day or two . This case provides fair to good protection, good to great convienience and fair to good overall value. I did NOT look for this case in Amazon - I stumbled onto it in an office superstore and, after physically deforming the case, found that it would work. Hope this review helps.

Review: I really like this case. It is sturdy, fits the handheld and pivots. The only drawback is no color choice. I would rather have had black.

Summary: Clip broke off
Review: I really thought the case was great until the clip part broke off. What good is a carrying case designed for your belt if breaks off?! The metal part that holds the rotating rivet (a great feature!) appeared to spread apart, allowing the clip to pull out. I wish it were made more sturdily...then I think that it would be great. I took less than a month for the item to break. I wouldn't get it if I were you.
