Summary: Over priced plastic
Review: I used a coupon to purchase this and only paid $3.00; I still feel like I got ripped off. These are just cheap pieces of plastic that really diminish the visibility of the Palm and definitely aren't worth $20.00. Find something better, or do without.

Summary: Great for Palm IIIe; Horrible for Handspring Prism
Review: I used these all of the time on my Palm IIIe and they worked fairly well. However, they are a disaster on the Handspring Prism (color). They SIGNIFICANTLY reduce the brightness and add all kinds of reflections in various colors. However, I will continue to use them until I "get over" the fact that I am carrying around a $450 device whose screen could get scratched! Regarding the Scotch Tape: be sure that you use Scotch REMOVABLE tape (IT IS IN THE BLUE PACKAGE - not red or green). This actually works very well and the texture is very good for writing Graffiti! In fact, I have the Scotch Removable Tape across the Graffiti part of the screen not to protect it, but because I like the "feel" when I am writing. I highly recommend that you try the Scotch Removable Tape (BLUE packaging). (No, I have no connection with the company!!

Summary: Great for Palm IIIx bad for Palm IIIc
Review: I was distressed to see this product listed under the Palm IIIc accessories. I have used this product for a year with my Palm IIIx and it's great. So, I tried it with my new Palm IIIc. It really distorts the display. In fact, if you go to Concept Kitchen's web-site, they say to not use this with the Palm IIIc. They are working on one for the Palm IIIc. Hopefully it will be out soon.

Summary: Glad I bought these, despite any drawbacks
Review: If you care about protecting your screen, I would strongly recommend these! I had my Palm IIIxe about a month, treating it with kid gloves, and I still started to get small scratches on the screen. I wasn't impressed with the screen extended warranty offered by Palm, and in fact a pack of these is cheaper and less hassle than an extended warranty. I now can drag and do whatever to my screen without worry.

Summary: Not for the Visor Edge
Review: It is not a perfect fit for the Edge but otherwise a great add-on for your PDA. I have a tri action pen and have accidentaly used the ball point on the screen and it wipes off easily with the protector on. I have noticed, however, that when you want to use the onscreen keyboard you have to tap on the dots in the graffiti area more than once to pull up the keyboard.

Summary: Saves your screen! Very convenient!
Review: It's a little tricky to put on, but once you line it up and smooth out the air bubbles, these will definitely protect your screen from scratches. Also, I can use whatever is at hand to write on my screen: a retracted pen or anything that's reasonably pointy and not have to worry about scratches. (This saves me from having to buy some fancy stylus or going through the trouble of pulling my old one out of it's sheath.) These are also pretty clear on the screen and easy to remove.

Summary: HORRID! DOWN WITH FELLOWES!
Review: Man, I got my self a PDA very recently. Toshiba e740. . .and it being a very costly thingy. . .thought I'd buy a pack of Fellowes WriteRights. My sincere advise - DONT BUY THIS (...). I just burnt (...) bucks man . ..down the drain. It was a traumatic experience.

Summary: Not worth it.
Review: The only practical use for this product would be to protect your screen. It does nothing to assist in handwriting recognition, and actually reduces screen readability. Wouldn't purchase again.

Summary: Good for what it does, but with big time limitations
Review: These are great for one purpose only: protecting your screen for scratches. Yes, this is what they are intended for. However, the limitations on the visibility of the screen are extremely serious. The screen looks like a completely different device with and without these writerights. I didn't like the idea of cutting them to fit the graffitti area since I have gotten scratches from dragging things in the viewing area.

The biggest drawback of this product is the price. The recommend changing the screen protector once a month but they charge in excess of $30 for a package of 12. What a rip off! For a basically a clear and textured sticker, you're paying a couple of dollars a piece. Seems way overpriced! Especially if you change them at the recommended times. Unfortunately, there are no competitors that I've seen. I'd probably give this 4 stars if the price was better.
