Review: I have always been a believer in screen protectors, as it drives me crazy if I have a scratch on an LCD screen. When I bought my Sony Clie NX80, the first accessory I looked for was a screen protector. In the past I have always had a difficult time applying the film membrane (screen protector) and could never eliminate all of the bubbles or air pockets. This Sony screen protector is quite different than any of the others brands I have tried. First, it seems to be a much thicker membrane; and second, you only get one, rather than 10 to 20 in a package. Sony claims that it is reusable (I have not tried that feature yet), where other companies plan on you replacing the film regularly. I had my doubts when I saw how thick the membrane was; but the performance and appearance are great - I do not seem to have any reduction at all in the sensitivity of the touch screen. In addition, it seems much clearer than other protectors I have used. But the greatest improvement over the other screen protectors I have used is the ease of getting a perfect application (no bubbles). My only problem was that I had applied the film crooked on my first try, so I had a slight overlap on one side. I then removed the film and tried again, and once again got a perfect application! I was just astounded how the screen protector virtually disappeared. It seemed to be perfectly clear, and there were no bubbles or air pockets at all. I presume that the thicker membrane, or perhaps an improved adhesive, allow this, but I have never been able to get such a perfect application with any other product of this type I have ever used, and I have tried several other brands. Bottom line, I am accustomed to paying slightly more for a package of perhaps 10 screen protectors as compared to a fairly high price for the one membrane with the Sony product, but to me it is well worth the money. A+ for this product.

Review: I installed a G2 screen protector from pdascreenprotectors.com yesterday when I got my new NX70V and it's great, barely noticable, almost no effect on the pressure neededon the digitizer. I don't have any association with them, but I'd recommend their product to anyone and they had good customer service when I had a question.

Overall I like the protection they give my screen. I detcted no degradation in the sensitivity of the touch screen.I would buy again.

Summary: Perfect protection, expensive though...
Review: This is by far the best screen protector I have bought. First of all, the SONY PEGA-SP70 Screen Protector is much thicker than many other screen protectors. Secondly, it completely covered the screen of my Sony Clie PEG-NX70v. The only thing it really lacks is a cardboard applicator (also known as a squeegee card) to scrape the protector on the screen so no bubbles appear. When I used a my own squeegee card (from Fellowes brand screen protectors) there were no bubbles whatsover on my screen.

Review: WHEN REMOVING THE TAB WITH THE ARROW, SOME GLUE STICKS TO THE SHEET AND IS VERY DIFFICULT TO GET OFF. OTHERWISE IT DOES WHAT IT IS SUPPOSED TO DO. PROTECT THE SCREEN.
