Sennheiser PC140 Behind the Head Noise Cancelling Headset/Microphone

Review: Headphones broke two weeks after I bought them. Can only hear out of one side of them, only plus side to them is that the microphone hasn't broken yet.

Summary: Great headphones except for a design flaw.
Review: The headset is nice except for the fact that they broke after 2-3 weeks of use. I can only hear out of the left side and the microphone no longer works. I guess I get to find out how good sennheiser is for support.. the main construction is quite good (hard to break them) except for the tiny little cable that comes in on the left side. I suspect that my headset failure is related to the small cable. Other than the weak/tiny cable this is a really good headset.
The microphone and audio quality is quite good. It is more comfortable than other behind the head headphones I have worn. I had many great gaming sessions with this headset. People heard me clearly and I could hear everything clearly not to mention they remained comfortable for many hours of play.
Hopefully my next pair will last longer.

Summary: Amazing Sound Quality
Review: The technical specifications really don't do these headphones justice. They really sound incredible. The headphones sounded so good that I forgot they even had a microphone, and I admit I didn't use the microphone as much as I thought I would, but the quality was surprisingly adequate for professional voice work. I would strongly recommend these headphones to anyone who wants good quality and occasionally needs a microphone. The long 10 foot cord is a bit long for my needs, but many need the walking space. If you work in a call center...get these. They rock. If you work out of your home...get these. If you do a lot of gaming...get these.

If, however, you want to use these to go running or something like that...they are indeed comfortable, but the weight of the microphone might make them feel unbalanced if you run in them.

In short, these headphones are truly amazing, with excellent bass reproduction, and as long as you don't make the mistake of letting your two-year old run away from the computer while wearing them, thus damaging one side's cable, taking out the sound, they'll last forever.

Review: This item was a poor fit for me. The microphone always seemed to touch my face no matter how I adjusted it. On the plus side, the in-line controls are easy to operate. I ended up returning the product.
