Summary: Not Bad
Review: I bought these head phones for college so I wouldn't disturb my roomates. They are a great buy for the price, but they aren't what I consider "Studio Quality." Don't get me wrong, the sound is awesome. Far better then any of the other head phones I've had (but I've never been able to afford the high dollar ones). Worth the money if you aren't an extreme audiophile. Only complaint I have is after extended use, my ears start to get sweaty. The balance is great, not bass heavy at all - don't listen to that other guy. The bonus earbuds are a joke - worse I've EVER heard, but the Head phones rock :)

Summary: Excellent Low-end Headphones
Review: I bought these headphones in a financial pinch until I could afford a new set of Sennheisers. I expected far less than what I ended up getting. For a pair of headphones that cost less than much more fancy looking Sonys in the same price range, they put out outstanding sound. These make a great backup pair to high quality headphones, or as a first pair for people not interested in the more pricey audiophile phones.

One side note: throw away the included earbuds. They are horrible compared to the TD-61s and most other cheap earbuds I have used. The connector doesn't even fit snugly in many portable devices, including my laptop.

Summary: About as bad as it gets
Review: I got these headphones today and they are very very bad. They omit the whole top end of the audio spectrum, i.e. almost no treble whatsoever. The bass is way too strong as well, so all-in-all they provide a completely unbalanced sound. Anyone who thinks these sound good must have no idea what a good set of headphones sound like, and is to be pitied. I bought them knowing they were cheap but I didn't expect them to be quite this bad. Back they go, if I can manage it!

Summary: Excellent and delightful!
Review: I have been using these phones for some time and find them to be comfortable and very excellent in sound! I highly recommend them to other apartment dwellers and to those, like me, who are often confined either to a comfortable chair or the bed because of pain --the extra padding on the phones is very helpful. I cannot say more about the sound, it is simply terrific!

Summary: Beautiful headphones with some kinks
Review: i loved these headphones when i got them and i used them for about 7 months till natrually a kid kicked my backpack at school and severly damaged the "case" the speakers are held in. I found that these headphones have great speakers in them with great clarity in bass and treble. But the slight design flaw in them makes them easy to break the "case" when hit. One other thing that bothered me about these headphones is the wire is very slim and easy to damage especially because its 8 feet long. Personally yes i will buy a new pair of Koss headphones because of this great experience with their work but im still undecided wether it was just bad luck that made the case on mine break or it really was a design flaw and i was asking for it. They are made for home use so i probably had it coming to me using them as my regular headphones everywhere i went.

Summary: nice entry-level headphones, but wears out after a while
Review: i originally bought the KOSS TD61 headphones for the
inexpensive price + pseudo-leather padding. i have to
say that it's a great purchase, especially for the use
with my computer. the only complaint i have is that
after having used it religiously over the past 2 years,
the leather padding started peeling out.

Summary: Worth 5 Times The Price!
Review: I wanted a good, inexpensive pair of noise reducing headphones and came across these on Amazon. Some people reviews said they were good, but they broke easy. I have to say, they are perfect for me. I was just looking for something that I could use on the computer, while my girlfriend watched TV. These are better than I thought they would be. They have a very long cord, which is a big plus, and they block out almost all other sound in the room. The Koss TD-61 are well worth the $15 I paid for them!
