Rating: Summary: not half bad Review: Best for clarity and distance of the 1/2 dozen line of sight (high frequency) cordless phones I have. Still looking for reviews of AT&T 9515 /9520 which claim 4,000 foot range. Guess I'll have to buy one of those also to check it out.
Rating: Summary: The Sounds of Silence Review: I bought the Panasonic 2.4Ghz phone because my roommates all had 900Mhz phones and I didn't want my calls interfering with their's. It worked great for about a month, then just suddenly stopped working altogether. I have yet to discover the problem and now have to send it back to Panasonic in hopes of getting one that works.
Rating: Summary: I think it is a great phone. Review: I bought this phone last month, and I must say that I have not had any problems with it. On the contrary, I think it is a very good phone. The sound is very clear, and it gives you a an audible signal when the battery is almost dead. It has a very nice slim design, (almost as small as my cell phone),and I love its black color. Best of all, there is a earphone jack provided so that you can listen through headphones. (must be made specifically for phones) There is only one problem I have with the phone, it is that there is no volume control. Sometimes when my children are going haywire I would like to turn it up. Unfortunatly, that is not an option. Other than that, I truly like this phone. I have been through many cordless ones over this past year, and this one is my favorite.

Rating: Summary: I personally think this phone is extremely decent. Review: I bought this phone over 1.5 years ago, and I love it. My base is near a window, which is very close to my computer I am typing at right now. This phone can go over 100 feet indoors, and about 3/4 of a football field away outdoors (with houses in the way!). This phone is pure gold to me. I got it free from my neighbor (who also bought one, and has it in his house). They have never interfered with each other, ever. All good things come with bad things. They aren't very hard to solve. - The power runs out after about 5 to 6 hours of use, or about an hour using a headset (I hear thats very fast). -also- - Sometimes you cannot connect to the base unit when making a call. To solve this issue, place the phone on your base unit so charge comes up, and hold PHONE for about 5 seconds. Not hard at all! All in all, this phone is lovely. Hopefully it will last longer (and I haven't changed the battery yet!).
Rating: Summary: Longest distance for cordless phones Review: I love my 2.4 gigahertz Panasonic phone. I gives me about twice the range of my previous 900 Mhz cordless phone. I can go downstairs from my highrise (even half-way down the block) and the phone will still work. It is great when I am expecting a phone call to my land line and wish to do stuff around the house or down the block. If I need to go further, I still need my cell phone.
Rating: Summary: A non starter Review: I purchased this phone new to replace another Panasonic phone (900 mhz)that suddenly quit working one year after purchase. I set up the phone, charged the battery for 24 hours and then tried to use it. The phone would not work. I boxed it up, returned it and replaced it with a Uniden model EXR 2460 2.4 GHz phone that I have been very pleased with so far.
Rating: Summary: Poor Quaility Review: I purchased three of these phones. Two out of three of the phones have broken.
Rating: Summary: A non starter Review: I received a Panasonic 2.4GHz phone as a gift. I was satisfied with the performance of the phone until the mouthpiece stopped working after 8-9 months. When I called the factory for warranty and repair information I was stonewalled. I had to wait at least six minutes everytime I called (seven times). I was promised warranty coverage ( a warranty verification letter) on two occasions but it never arrived and no one ever contacted me. On my seventh call I was informed that the phone was now out of warranty by two months and that even though I had been trying to get coverage for four months that they would not cover it. Do yourself a favor and don't buy a Panasonic phone. I'm sure that any other manufacturer would stand behind their products better than Panasonic
