Summary: Just what I was looking for!
Review: I hadn't had a cordless phone in years because of the....quality of mylast one. Well, this one changed my perspective. I can use it all overmy house and yard (a one-acre lot!), and it's clear as a bell! I love the voicemail indicator & button (which dials your voicemail & passcode) and the built-in callerID as well. I use the "direct" button to store a calling code (such as 10-10-220), and the speed dial buttons are great-- though, I would prefer it if there was some way to label them or do lookup on the callerID screen. It will, however, call back a number from the callerID, and that's helpful, too.

All in all, a great phone... much better than I expected!

Summary: good phone
Review: I like this phone. I especially like the feature of being able to scroll through the caller ID's on the handset and when you find the one you want, you can just hit one button to call that person back. Battery seems to last a long time.

has program memory and all the standard features and the voice quality is very good.

Summary: There must be better phones out there.
Review: I've had this phone for over a year and have been pleased with all aspects of it except for the reception. I do not use it over a wide area range. However, the phone never fails to fade out temorarily during a conversation. This has happened both in my current and my previous apartment. I also use a Sony SPP-D900 which I've had since '97 and although it has fewer features, it remains consistently reliable and clear (and is still running on the same battery as when I first bought it).

Summary: excellent phone
Review: Our house has gone through countless cordless phones over the years. This is by far the best cordless phone we've ever used. The CID feature is great. An excellent buy.

Summary: I like it even better without the answering machine!
Review: When we decided to buy a new phone, I bought this one and then discovered it didn't have a built in answering machine. Well, since we only have one phone line and I spend a lot of time online, we ended up getting an answering service with the phone company to keep one and all happy.

Now, what I love about this phone the most is the caller ID. Thank you to the person who decided to add that to this phone. It is so lovely not to have to answer the phone and have no idea who it is. I don't get very many sales calls at dinner because I don't answer the phone unless my mother, my friends and family or my husband is calling me. Well, unless I am shopping online at Amazon.

So, the other feature I love about this phone is that the keypad lights up and there is a backlit LCD display so you could keep this phone by your bed and still see who is calling you in the middle of the night. Just block those calls in the future!

We have this phone sitting up on top of the bread box in the kitchen. It is that compact and the beauty of this phone..need I go on...is that there is a little button that says: Voice Mail... Ok...so you push that little button after you have programmed in your voice mail number and you never, I say, never have to worry about it again.

Now, when someone calls you, you can see their phone number. All you need to do to quickly return their call is to make sure the display is showing that phone number, then you just hit the call button and voila! it dials it for you.

I am sorry, but this is just the best phone and will save you so much time. No, I haven't gotten around to programming everyone's numbers yet. Just keep the phone numbers in the display when your friends call you, that is just easier.
