Rating: Summary: This is a GREAT phone! Review: I now have voice mail, caller ID and call waiting with one of those "total solution" plans from the phone company. This phone handles all three of those services wonderfully! It has an indicator on it (even though it's not an answering machine) that you have voice mail messages, as well as a special button to push to access the voice mail system. It has a lighted caller ID display that also works with call waiting (when you're on another call, it beeps and shows the ID of the incoming call). The base also has a speaker phone, so you can stay on hold without using your hands. And the Panasonic cordless technology is the best, worth paying a little extra for.

Rating: Summary: This phone... Review: I've owned this phone for about 2 weeks now and I HATE it! I live in a high rise, and I actually had to dig out an old corded phone and plug it into the wall because I was getting so many complaints from the people I was talking to about buzzing on my phone. It gets static all the time; the buttons on the handset are poorly designed so that if I try to hold it on my shoulder I disconnect myself half the time; the caller ID re-dial doesn't work properly; and on and on....
