Description:
A corded phone from Sony, the ITID20 is a caller ID/call waiting compatible model with a number of useful extras. Caller ID holds up to 20 numbers in the phone's internal memory, while the display-and-dial feature allows you to scroll through the list and dial the displayed number by pressing the dial button. Three speed dial presets (up to 20 digits each) allow you to easily call the most frequently dialed outgoing numbers, and a 50-number phone directory lets you store important numbers for your convenience. Handset and ringer controls let you adjust volume levels to your liking, while a visual voicemail message indicator lets you know when you have new messages (with voice mail service activated). Selectable tone and pulse dialing modes are available via a switch on the phone, and the flash button allows you access to call waiting (requires a subscription to a fee-based service). The ITID20 is easy to set up and can also be wall-mounted with the supplied wall bracket for added convenience. A redial button lets you quickly call the last outgoing number, while a mute button allows you to hear the other party but mute your end of the conversation. The phone weighs just 18 ounces and has a 3-by-9.5-inch footprint. The ITID20 is also hearing aid compatible and comes with a one-year limited warranty.
