A corded phone from Sony, the ITM11 is a two-line model with a number of useful features. Ten speed dial presets allow you to easily call the most frequently used outgoing numbers, while three-way conferencing lets you communicate with both lines at once. The ITM11 is easy to set up and can also be wall-mounted with supplied wall bracket for added convenience, while handset and ringer controls let you adjust volume levels to your liking. A redial button lets you quickly call the last outgoing number, and the hold button allows you to place the current conversation on hold and answer an incoming call on the other line. Selectable tone and pulse dialing modes are available via a switch on the phone, while the flash button allows you access to call waiting (requires a subscription to a fee-based service).
