Connect directly to the Lucent Definity ECS with the Polycom ViewStation 512 videoconferencing system. The 512 uses DCP ports to deliver full-motion video at 30 frames per second and full-duplex digital audio with noise suppression and echo cancellation. Voice-activated switching makes it easy to focus on the person who is speaking. This product supports TCP/IP, DNS, WINS, SNMP, DHCP, ARM, WWW, FTP, and telnet protocols. Other features include a voice-tracking camera and track-to-preset function that automatically focuses on the speaker. An embedded Web server handles diagnostics and simple software upgrades over the Net. A Web-based presentation system makes it easy to share graphics and slides, and an integrated address book records frequently dialed calls. The ViewStation 512 comes with a one-year warranty.
