Featuring the Sound Enhancement System (SES), Encore headset users have the option, at the flick of a switch on the headset, to listen to the caller's normal telephone voice or to adjust the sound for a fuller, richer tone.This kit includes the Plantronics Model H101 headset with its clear voice tube, click-stop headband and turret, clothing clip, and quick disconnect. The M12 amplifier permits selecting the headset or handset and includes volume and mute controls, quick disconnect, and a 10-foot coil cord. The warranty is for two years.
