Summary: No Replacement Headsets
Review: Bought this because I needed a basic headset phone. When I noticed the insulation of the headphone cord begin to wear out near the earpiece, I contacted Plantronics to see if they had replacement headsets. They told me that I would have to send in the entire unit if I there was a problem with the headset only.

Overall the phone is what I was looking for, sound quality is clear and has all the functions of a no-frills phone minus the ability to turn the ringer off. 3 stars because of the headset issue and no convenient way of turning the ringer off.

Review: I use this phone for my work which involves hours of phone time every day. I have tried 7 or 8 hands free phones and this one has been the most dependable and offered the best quality. Amazingly, it is also the least expensive solution I have tried! Need I say more?

I have been using this phone for almost 1 year and I have no complaints. I have recommended it to several colleagues and they also like it a lot.

No more sore shoulders, no more neck pain...you forget you even have it on your ear! And the price...sweet.

Summary: A piece of junk that you will have to eat and weep
Review: This telephone is a piece of garbage that I will have to eat and weep, because, it started having the most horrible static imaginable, and wouldn't you know, it happpened as soon as the 90-day warranty expired. It is useless to me now and it is not worth the package it came in or even worth accepting if it were a free gift. Thanks a lot for robbing me of my time and money and creating a big headache for me with this crappy, piece of s*** telephone.
