Summary: Great low-priced headphone set
Review: I bought a set of these headphones about a year ago and I've been very happen with them ever since. The main thing that attracted me to these headphones was their portability. They have the ability to fold up so that they take up much less room, making them one of, if not the, most portable closed headphone sets around. That has been very convenient for traveling; otherwise I'd have to bring a pair of earbuds which tend to be of low-quality (Both in build quality and sound quality).

In terms of sound quality, there aren't a lot of headphones at this price that are better than this one. I'm no audiophile but I'm very satisfied with the sound these produce. These things put out plenty of bass, but still have good sound quality in the mid-range and upper-range. They're also pretty good at eliminating external sounds. Right now I'm listening to music using these headphones and I can't even hear myself type!

If you're looking for decent, low-priced pair of headphones, I'd highly recommend these. But, if you're an audiophile, you might want to look at more advanced models.

Summary: A great product for the price
Review: I bought these because I was tired of having to take off my headphones every time someone else inconsiderately turned on the radio--I wanted to listen to my own music without the horrid clashing from other music sources...without having to turn it up so loud I would damage my hearing. These did the trick; they muffle outside noise enough so that outside noise doesn't affect mine (unless the person is truly inconsiderate and turns it up really really loud.) If you're a poor college student like I am and in the same predicament, I recommend these.

Summary: Great quality and value
Review: I can't believe that you can buy 100-ohm headphones for this price. They offer good sound across the spectrum and feel comfortable-- they are much lighter than big studio headphones (but they sound just as good to me)...

Summary: Great Quality but Missing the Bass
Review: I needed headphones to work for late-night movie editing, so I did my homework and got these headphones. At first, I liked them enough to give them a five-star rating, but after a while of listening to the headphones and then listening to my computer speakers, I realized what was missing from the headphones: barely any bass. The dynamic sound range and clear and sharpness was very good, but music and the human voice is just missing something without the bass. Overall, I recommend the product only to those who cannot stand any bass at all.

OVERVIEW

Pros:
-Clear and Sharp Sound
-Dynamic Range
-Easy-to-carry Fold-up Design
-Gold Cord (I think it has one, because it sure looks like it compared to some of my other gold wires)

Cons:
-No Bass
-Clunky to Wear

Summary: Major Surprize - Great sound and bass
Review: I picked these headphones up as a spare not expecting much because of their low price. I could not believe my ears. WOW. Compared to my [price]Beyerdynamic headphones the Koss UR/30 had BETTER sound quality and much more bass.

Buy these, you will not be disapointed.

Summary: these have brought me much joy
Review: I'm wearing a pair right now! These have been great for drowning out my coworkers in neighboring cubicles. I wear them all day every day, and I've got the headphone dent in my hair to prove it. I like the way they twist and fold closed, but they're still a little big to lug around or use in tight quarters, like on a plane for instance. I have a pair for home to watch TV late at night, and I have a pair at work for MP3s on my desktop. They don't 'leak' much sound at all, even when I crank them really loud, so I'm comfortable that I'm not disturbing anyone with them.

I had to knock off a star, however, because both pairs have gone bad after a year or so. I don't know if I'm too rough on them, but something eventually seems to come loose inside and the right speaker crackles and cuts out when I move around. I finally had to toss my home pair, and now my current ones are starting to go (which is why I'm poking around in ... reviews for replacements).

In spite of the short lives of the two pairs I've owned, they _have_ brought me much joy, and considering the price, I think I've gotten more than my money's worth out of them.
